They ignore inside customers so they can take care of the drive thru which ends up having people in from outside because their drive thru orders are messed up.
Ordered the Crispy Chicken combo because it had pickles. Fries and drink were good, sandwich had no pickles. Returned to store to get it corrected. Opened it to verify and didn't see the pickles initially. Showed to manager on duty and they asked me to look under the patty. Had two very small pickle slices which covered about an inch and a quarter of the center. The picture on the menu board is pretty misleading. I'll remember to ask for extra pickles
Came in here on an early afternoon on Wednesday....I absolutely love McDonald's.... Except for this one in Grants Pass... THERE WERE SEVERAL STRANDS OF HAIR IN MY FRENCH FRIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ??NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.
One of my worst experiences in McDonald's, I use their app a lot and went there at about 10:20. Breakfast in their app ends at 10:15 and lunch starts at 11 so their app was completely unusable despite all the advertising. Drive thru was extremely long so we decided to go inside. All four of the self service kiosks were closed due to "covid social distancing" so you were forced to go to the register. The person at the register was young and inexperienced and left the register unattended between every order he took. When we got to the register, he said that they couldn't serve lunch for another 10 minutes and wouldn't take our order even after we suggested they make it in 10 minutes. We had to get out of line and back in 10 minutes later, which ended up taking 20 because he kept leaving the register. From there it went fine until we opened the bag in our car and found all of our chicken sandwiches hardly wrapped and had opened back up and spilled in the bag. The stickers that identified which sandwich was which were all stuck together on one sandwich so we couldn't tell the difference. Worst experience I have had in a McDonald's so far and I feel bad for any locals being serviced by this place.
Store says its open till 10 on weekdays. I arrived at 9:45pm. Door was open, refused service at the counter, told to go to drive through...I walked there...had no car, and they wouldn't serve me. Pathetic.Carl's Jr. let me in the restaurant, and served me, even though by the time I got there the lobby was closed.
I have always enjoyed their caramel frappe, my daughter, shortly after her third birthday, caught three stitches above her eye while running through, bounced off a gentleman, and directly into a table…. Purely an accident…
Anytime I go through drive thru and order 2 quarter pounders with cheese I get parked. 2-3 cars behind me get through no problem but I get parked with only 2 burgers?
I always go around 5:30-6am just before work, and they always get my order right! Hot! Fast! And friendly! This McDonald's is one of the better ones!
The filet o' fish was small. Incredibly small. Too small for the amount of money that they charge. And yes, I did wipe down the table at work!
I ordered the soda without ice. The girl at the window would change it without a problem. Suddenly, I assumed her superior and gave us the sodas with ice again. I asked again for the ice to be removed as I have a cold. The one at the window tried to change the soda again, but the other lady got upset saying "that's what I'm going to give you." After all, at least one soda they gave me without ice. And the others… here the photo. Staff pity. Not by the one from the window since she felt miles away that she was oppressed by the other one.
