Bread. Hard bread sandwich. Yum? I never in my life thought a place could be worse than Subway. Subway sandwiches are gold compared to this. 1 measly slice of roast beef, I honestly couldn't even taste it. I asked for cheese (which I didn't get) and onions (which I didn't get it) thank God they got mayo and lettuce on there. Worst sandwich EVER!! Go somewhere else.
Jimmy johns knows whats up when someone is on keto! The unwich was just like eating a actual sandwich! Not like a certain competitions "sub tub" which is basically a salad. And it was LOADED and filling and delicious and only 4 net carbs! Not to mention the fast friendly service. I have a new sandwich spot! Thanks guys!

I've only tried one kind of sandwich but it's bomb. All the other sandwiches look delish though. Friendly staff..clean shop.
I wanted to say thank you to the staff for working today!Ordered my food online however, decided to eat in and I got to see several employees providing great service as well.The employees seemed to be having fun at work and as soon as a customer walked in they were quick to drop what they were doing and help a customer.
The gaudy cross wearing dude in checker button down was completely unprofessional. He did not greet me. He asked slovenly what I wanted. Never made eye contact the entire time taking my order. And even snatched the 10 dollar bill out of my hand. He was clearly having a rough day, but came across as hating his life. Please have this guy find a new job. One he takes pride and joy in doing. Cuz he is definitely not happy here. BTW I work in the service industry so I get it, but this was beyond forgivable. Way beyond.
I'm a regular here at Jimmy John's, the food is fresh and great quality. Staff really nice.
If you use the app to order, don't wait for an update indicating the order is ready. Sometimes they remember, and sometimes you sit for 30 minutes before going in to check on it and discover it has been there for a while.
Sandwich was boring, no hot sandwiches which my husband really wanted, prices are high for what you get....just boring and not very friendly.... won't go back
