Whoever is working Sundays really shouldn't be making rolls. Barley any rice, we got a Cali god that ended up just a normal Cali and looked like it was made for a child. Avocado was brown too. Been going here for years and last couple times have been bad. Looks like I should have checked some of the reviews, even serving people raw chicken?!Ahi, Koi and Musashi's are all better options to spend your money at. Plus Musashi's just makes better versions of the same rolls.
People are so wonderful there very sweet I love the volcano sushi it’s not soggy or anything it’s the best sushi I think in place in grants Pass also everything they have there is very self-explanatory and non-answer and they really i’m very friendly and so great to see the servers smiles and take any special orders like my niece wanted something specific and they did it for her and she was only eight years old she was very happy and what she got and also my little nephews were there and they were kind of picky eaters but they made some chicken strips that were very yummy and they were not too hard they were delicious and awesome my sister went there and we all had a good meal and it was really relaxing and the waiters were amazing I’m bringing us water and anything that we needed just a very good atmosphere and most of all the people are the best and friendly ?
This family place is open until 9:30 pm most days, 10 pm Fri/Sat. Happy hour is 3-6 pm. It has sushi rolls (very delicious), scrumptous french fries, decent prices ($ to $$) and portions, tvs too. On some nites, there is live music. I recommend G Street Bar and Grill for a nice dining experience while exploring downtown Grants Pass. Check them out! Open when others close for the night.
My lady and I put in a to go order here for her birthday. It took the person taking the order literally 6 times to get our burger order. Bacon cheese burger with avo, no bun no tomatoe with salad instead of fries. Not just a basic burger, but this girl sounded like she was in the middle of a stroke or doing advanced calculus trying to figure it out. My lady ordered two rolls and a salad as well. They charged me full price for my salad and covered my burger in fries. I can't eat fries. I don't want them all over my ****ING burger. This place is trash, there's 50 places in gp better to eat. We were overcharged, dissatisfied and disappointed. I've said it before and will NOT be saying it again, NEVER GOING BACK TO G ST.
Awesome sushi every time. Service is always top notch. I forget the older gentleman's name, but always smiling, always very nice. Prompt service, greeted by the staff when we walked in, very respectful establishment. I recommend them to everyone. Also I always make sure to try something new every time. That is just me. They have all the usuals plus house specials. Green mussels and rainbow roll is a must for me, and always good.
I had a 5 star meal there on new years eve day. Both my husband & were extremely pleased with our meals. I had tempura shrimp & vegetables & can honestly say it's the best I've had in my 65 years of life. They were short staffed but really hustled & pulled it off beautifully. The waiter even apologized a couple of times which showed he was concerned.
Burger tastes like burnt charcoal. Onion rings are soggy and soaked in oil. Sushi rolls were very thin. And also some how soggy. Will not be eating here again.
Staff is always friendly. Sushi is amazing large selection and good drink selection. Family friendly but also low key for date night or a lunch date.
Sushi was awesome as it always is. Staff knows their stuff let me tell you! Can't go wrong at G st.
Good sushi with a nice selection of different rolls...like the tempura too
