Can't get your order right I'm extremely disappointed in the service 3rd free 2 topping pizza and still can't get it right. No shake cheese or red pepper flakes. Free 2 topping pizza is so skimpy I've seen better Gas Station Pizza. Staff cares less about the product they deliver or their customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get a real pizza... I'm never ordering anything from them again. 3rd free screw up pizza still can't get it right.
I really have to say that Domino's has stepped up their game over the last few years. Ten years ago I wouldn't even entertain eating their food. I don't eat much pizza that isn't home made, but I have to say that what I have had is damn good. The best thing is that they have been able to maintain a decent price point. And if you are ordering to pick up they are freaky fast.
I usually love Domino's as an easy order during long days. But I ordered the pacific veg with my specifics and it had a cups worth of random meats on it (steak and bacon?) that seemed old and soggy. Last time I got it I ordered normal feta cheese. I got like 4 crumbles. So this time I ordered extra and got maybe 10. For a large pizza that I paid $20 for, I think it should have been more. Let alone that there was meat on a veggie pizza. Just disappointing. Especially because we order there often. (My picture is just from one piece that had meat, not the full amount we picked off).
This is without a doubt the best Domino's I have had the privilege of visiting in the entire country. I have traveled extensively throughout United States and have eaten at my share of pizza restaurants and never have I encountered a friendlier staff who greeted me the moment I walked into the store, then allowed me time to decide what I wanted to order, then was immediately on hand when I decided and answered all of my questions very thoroughly and respectfully. Then they made the best pizza I have EVER tasted at a price that is unbelievable for the quality of ingredients and the unbeatable taste that I was treated to. I know I probably sound like a paid spokesperson but I assure you I am not, I just cannot believe how incredible this fastfood pizza place was!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for food to eat here, even those who are thinking they would want something more "upscale", this place is still a contender.
It's Domino's. They are understaffed and disorganized. I sat outside for 20 minutes. Turned on my hazard lights as instructed so they could bring out the preordered pizza to my car. After 30 minutes, I went in and my pizza was sitting on the counter, it was cold. I don't understand why they don't have enough employees to walk out a pre-order.The front door says not to enter. They know dinner time will be very busy, but they leave these kids an unimaginable amount of work and not enough help. It was not the employees fault.Staff your store well. People get angry when a brand like Domino's doesn't keep It's promises. These poor kids are overwhelmed and they pay the price.
One time I ordered online and left a zero tip on the app, with the intention of just tipping the driver in person with cash so they could just put it directly in their pocket, which I did. Gave the driver 10 bucks to drive 3/4 of a mile. My order took twice as long only to find out the two pizzas and two pastas were burned once I got them inside. Only time that has mysteriously happened. They definitely base the quality of your food on how much you tip them.
Ordered a big order for a birthday party.. they lost the order. Told me at first I didn't place an order. Then tried to make the order bit it was to late for the kids birthday party. Ppl were rude disrespectful and then made me wait on my money. Birthday party never happened because of the manager.. called corporate. They fixed it.. the ppl that work there don't pay attention to orders or times.. they don't care. Watch out. More reviews to come on their lack of respect of others and customer service

Rosalyn is an awesome chef! When she is cooking our food is always perfect. The delivery drivers are always polite, courteous and if they get lost they call or text me. Thank you for being such a great food choice in Grants Pass!
The online website has not worked for many months, I've notified dominos many times and they refuse to fix it. I cannot see the menu and when I try to even start the order the website forces me to choose a time but won't actually let me click on a time. So I don't even know what I can order, and the website refuses to even let me order. After spending 10-20min trying to get my order in forced to then call in store and ask another 10 minutes of questions with the workers, preventing other people from getting their pizza and frustrating me to point where I'd rather shoot myself than try to order a pizza.
