I haven't been to a Dennys in about 5 years and well this Dennys reminded me why. They were out of everything but didn't tell us until after we ordered and still waited a few minutes thinking we were getting what we ordered but they finally came back and said they were out of some of the choices. So we ordered the second time and while we were waiting we noticed how all the employees just lug around looking mad at everyone. We finally got our food and there was no cheese in omelet and food was warm not hot. My wife's burger looked okay but was bland and cold. They never came for refills unless called upon never asked if our food was okay. Oh if your a Ranch dressing person well it sucks and the marinara for the cheese sticks was runny and orangish brown not a red color we are all used to. Needless to say we will not be going back to any Dennys anytime soon. I highly recommend finding a different place to eat. STAY AWAY FROM DENNYS
Horrible customer service. I must say I have NEVER written a bad review or not tipped because I know the work they do sucks sometimes. But this place raises the price $3 above what the commercial advertised and the waiter acted like we were taking up her time and not once asked how was our food since nothing came back the way we ordered it. I will give 1star only because my belly is full
I took my family out to breakfast At Denny's in Grants Pass. I was very impressed with how nostalgic the restaurant was. The food and service for great the restaurant was clean we all had a great time. Will definitely come back
Some of my favorite burgers in town, and fantastic shakes. Night crew is always friendly and place is generally pretty clean. Love going here with my mom and brother.
Late night staff was amazing! Food was great. Love going in at graveyard hours. Felt cozy and comfortable while enjoying a good meal!
Very dirty feel, lots of caked on dirt all through out the place, from the parking lot full of homeless people to every surface in the restaurant. Felt gross just being there.And the staff... either dripping in sweat or completely careless at their jobs. Couldn't get anything we needed the entire time.Worst Dennys I've ever been to.
Denny's has always been my go-to for chili cheese fries. They haven't sold those for quite some time now. I miss this fries. However their country fried steak is pleasing, small but satisfying, the hash browns were crunchy and gooey at the same time with the eggs scrambled to perfection. The only downfall I had was the avocados in the Cali club, they kept sliding out, if they were served slightly smashed, they wouldn't slip right out. The waitress was courteous but I greatly appreciated the chef making sure we had all of our items.
Dennys has an excellent right-portioned senior menu. Our server Remy, was cheerful, fast and efficient. She noticed that I'm a veteran and insured that we received the Veterans Discount!
Food came fast, and for the one meal that came late, the waitress apologized and gave us a small discount on our bill. Amazing waitress and overall wonderful staff. She made sure we always had our water and constantly checked up on us. Food was good too.
This was the worst food ever! Ordered 2 orders of hashbrowns and ham, they screwed up gave 1 order, after telling them they threw in 1 more piece of ham?? No more potatoes, the hashbrowns were greasy and raw.Nice meal for 20 bucksNever eat there again.Gross and lousy.
