Went to this DQ tonight got some ice cream and a large order of fries. Apparently large fries here means a medium fry in a large bucket. Tried to call and complain and staff doesn’t answer the phone. Probably half a dozen teenagers working in their with no cars in parking lot so confused on how they couldn’t answer.
So it took 15-20 minutes to get my food which is fine I get it they are busy. But the whole time I was waiting in the lobby I could see them making the food. They weren’t wearing gloves which is like ok. Against the law but whatever ( FOOD CODE, OAR 603-25- 0030, CHAPTER 3-301.11) but on top of that the whole 15-20 minutes none of them washed their hands like I know you have to at least once an hour or when yo I switch tasks or go between tasks but literally the whole time none of them washed their hands so that makes me feel like this isn’t a safe place to eat from
The line does take a while but I must say I do love their Blizzards!
Best vanilla milkshakes in town except for the other dairy queen.
A scratchy speaker made ordering a chore this last time but the staff are great and the soft serve cone yummy.
Waited about 20 minutes in drive up for ice cream not too bad. ?
Could be cleaner I mean outside of the building food is good hot and fresh
First experience with a Blizzard very sweet but ok.
We will not be back! Our food was cold and the blizzard was evidently sitting for a while also. She didn’t tip it over and when I looked at it I said… well now we know why she didn’t turn it over the thing would of poured out. I got 3 bites of real soft ice cream, the rest I drank! Not 1 brownie piece! Our burgers were cold so we’re the fries and then my son opened his bacon cheese burger, there was not a patty on there! So we drove around hit 4 stop lights and finally got back to the store. By then u can imagine the blizzard and fries. I went in showed the girl “manager” no patty she says oh, grabs it and takes it back to have a patty put on it! Isn’t it against health code, no food back over the counter much less take it back with other peoples food to wait to get a patty on it? Well $15 later our meal sucked !!!
