The employees were nice and friendly. But my cheeseburger wasn't warm. The cheese was not melted. I was traveling and didn't have time to wait for another burger so I didn't say anything. Also the mayo was dripping over the sides and I couldn't eat it without getting mayo all over my face and hands. To be fair I did not give them a chance to make it right. Hopefully it was a one off. I will give them another chance if I'm trying to get a quick bite when I'm passing through.
If I could it would be zero stars. On 6/5/2022 @ 6:28p.m. we went to the drive through at DQ on Redwood Hwy GP. It had been years since we'd eaten at any DQ and it will definitely be the last. $23.75 for 2 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 sm orders of onion rings and 1 Dr Pepper. We drove home to eat. The rings were over cooked almost burnt, the burgers were not fresh, they tasted and looked like they had been sitting out all day and they totally forgot the chicken sandwich. Horrible food. How does this place even stay in business? After calling said DQ the young girl was very nice and said we could either drive back down now or stop in anytime for a refund of the missing sandwich. I think the whole order should be refunded. Just saying. I would not recommend getting food from this DQ.
For $24.00 , I should have had the a couple of real good burgers.Both were just like McDonald's cheapest hamburgers. Asked for onion,lettuce and tomatoes, got catsup , 50 cent piece of lettuce and just 1 ring of an onion..fries ,onion rings and shake were good. The poolside punch was a $5.00 waste,it was so sour. Next time I want a burger I will go to McDonald's and use my app

I went through the drive through got some food and 3 shakes at the window I was asked if I wanted a drink holder and I did. Upon getting home I noticed the drink holder did not hold my drinks and they all 3 spilt all over my vehicles seat. I call the restaurant just to make them aware of the lack of convenience and purpose the holder was and was treated like an unappreciated Customer. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a fast food chain and will never eat here ever again.
Dairy Queen has changed it's 2 for $4.00 menu to a 2 for $5.00 menu. That was acceptable, but now they've removed their chicken strips from the menu and replaced them with a chili dog! I will no longer be having lunch at Dairy Queen on my work days.
Good service. Food quality is very good for fast food. The soft serve ice cream is the best.
We wanted Slushy drinks...they were so good and refreshing!
They were very nice about the mishap however, when you get someone’s ice cream order wrong I do not believe you should be obligated to give back what you’ve already taken through your car. Not only do I find this highly unsanitary but just flat out uncalled for. No other fast food establishment that I know of has you do this. They literally just don’t want to give you free ice cream which is ridiculous because we wouldn’t have to come back if it was right the first time! Learn some customer service and don’t make it harder on the people that work here having to request to take back ice cream. It just makes everyone upset.I get it that not everyone will be honest about their wrong order but we all know damn well Dairy Queen makes enough money to lose out sometimes.
Great ice cream choices and cake's all are delicious but hamburgers are over priced and not that good
