Been looking for the kinda pizza I was used to before moving here . This place is hands down, the best Pizza in the Rogue Balley !

I had the reprise, gotta say the best pizza I've ever eaten, the staff was really friendly, definitely coming back soon!

NY Style pizza. Best crust, sauce, cheese and pepperoni around. We also love the meatballs and garlic knots. If you don't like it, Fahgedaboudit

I'm from New York and this pizza is up to my high standards! So good, big portions, fast service and the garlic knots were amazing too!

Best Pizza in the Rogue Valley, bar none.Probably the best pizza in Oregon even.Possibly the best pizza on the west coast. It's good folks, you really can't get any better than this.

Went to the weekend beer company to try catalyst since they weren't open the last time we went there on a Thursday. We ordered a 12 in cheese pizza for my daughter and the lady taking the order said it was an hour wait. She asked if that was OK. I said not really but if we have to wait that is fine. She then offered garlic knots which could be made quicker as an appetizer. I said that was fine and then also ordered a 12 in jalapeno and pepperoni pizza for my wife and I.I paid and took a seat.About 15 minutes later the pager went off. We were given our order of garlic knots and I sat down at the table. My daughter grabbed one, took a bite and said they were hard. I flipped a few over and they were all black in spots and rock hard. I brought them back and said they were hard and a little burnt. Can we get another? She apologized and made another. A few moments later we got another. It was looking the same as the first but the cashier said they forgot to toss them in garlic butter first last time. I mentioned that they were black again on top. She said that is how they look normally. I asked why she didn't explain that last time. No real answer but she apologized regardless. I brought them to our table and observed no real difference at all and they were hard again on top. Not inedible but definitely hard to bite through. Also no real garlic flavor was observed except on one knot. I have had garlic knots all over the north east being from Massachusetts. There were some of the least garlicky garlic knots I have ever been served. I don't like them dripping with grease and butter but these barely had any garlic flavor. To say we were a little underwhelmed is an understatement. We ate most of them, leaving the hard tops. Then I observed that they only charged me for my pepperoni and jalapeno pizza......back I went to straighten that out. I paid for my daughter's pizza and went back to my seat. Finally the order was ready. Pizza looked perfect. Slightly crisp and nice eye appealAs for the taste I will just say this. It was good. Like really good New York pizza. The crust had a high gluten content and it was nice and chewy. Cheese to sauce ratio was great. I really enjoyed the texture and flavor. If it wasn't for the hour long wait I never would have ordered the garlic knots and had to travel down this road. But regardless the pizza here is top knotch.i understand the wait times.I went back and ordered the peanut butter mousse cake. It was moist, peanut buttery, and a perfect way to end the meal. After all is said and done we will return to catalyst in the future.

Tasty pizza and meatballs. Time for order was long but typical for a Friday night as they were very busy. Worth the wait as it's the best pizza in town to me.

Best pizza in the state! Exceptional customer service as well, especially the one with glasses. 100 percent he is the best teenage pizza chef in the world.

Great Pizza, but they need a disclaimer concerning their cannoli. It looks like a Cannoli, but isnt.

Best pizza in Grants Pass. Really nice folks. Were willing to helps us negotiate allergens. Highly recommend. No pics bc we are it that fast.
