We have ordered here twice in the last month. Each time they kindly repeat our order back at least twice. We wait an unusual amount of time, but we figure they are short staffed and we were not in a hurry. When we received our order last time, it was missing my own burger. We live at least 10 miles away so pointless to drive 20 miles to and from to correct. This time we asked for no ketchup, both burgers had ketchup! And it was clearly (on top) the last thing they added! Really???
The coupons that came in the mail are a great deal you should try them they're nice.I love ? all the employees who try so hard to make the meals. I've been there when there were only two people working. It's hard to find good employees who want to work.These employees need a big "Thank you ?" keep up the great work!
I enjoy their flame broiled burgers, almost reminds me of how fake food should taste. . . I mean fast food! To bad it’s so difficult to make fast healthy!
The food was good. Tried the Big King. Tasted good but was a little small. Drive thru also a little slow.

The food was cold . The manager was being rude. First told us he would refund our money. And make new food we got nothing. We'll never go to that grants pass location again. He said his name was Kyle. Come on Burger King you need better people if you want to survive.
Very disappointing! Wanted fish sandwiches and shakes. The shakes were good. The fish sandwiches could not have been worse! Fish was severely overcooked and shriveled up. To make it worse, there was no dressing of any kind on the sandwich so it was super dry and tasteless. So disappointing!

The worst burger king I've been to.Salad was disgusting. A few pieces of yellow wilted iceberg lettuce and missing the requested dressing.Burgers were crushed and clearly thrown together even by fast food standards. Large fry was burnt and equivalent size to a small...I would avoid this place.
