I was hesitant to try this place based on the mixed reviews I’d seen. Ohmygod. The food is bomb, and the customer service was amazing. The lady was so sweet and patient and our kids weren’t exactly calm during ordering. 10/10 will be coming back.
Garlic Noodles w/shrimp, house coffee, and tiger milk both with boba: not that good. If not for the Ube milkshake, 1 star. Ube milkshake gets 10 stars. The one good item made up for everything else. Will continue to try, until I figure out my own personal favorites. Grateful for delivery options!!!
I stopped because they had boba on their menu. But I should have known better when it was sitting side by side with horchata on their menu. The tea was bitter and over steeped. The fruit chunks weren't ripe and crunchy. The boba was overcooked and clumped together making it impossible to drink through a straw. Plus I got a show while I waited, as a young employee swung a dirty dish rag about while dishing with another employee. Boba was terrible. Service was subpar.
The food was inedible. It smelled like too much garlic and burnt rubber. This is the worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I actually had to throw the food away because the taste and smell were just gross. Never again. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy
The employees seem to have no hustle, no urgency. A Togo order was 12 late beyond promise time and from the looks of it, the weekend staff prefers what’s on the radio and small talk than keeping pace with the stores customer influx. Does the food taking so long make it more desirable? No. Great starts with Environment, the first thing you see when you come in should be an employee’s acknowledgment. Not eyes down to the ground in avoidance. It wasn’t even busy so I have zero degrees idea why this location is so mismanaged and broken. Top it off, the order was finally completed, and no one called out the name. It just sat.
I've tried several different kinds of food there and several drinks. The carne asada fries did not have much meat and the fries were soggy. The shrimp is delicious. The popcorn chicken was good, too. The elotes are NOT elotes if it's not on the cob and the cotija layer is thicker than the corn underneath. I've tried several different drinks and none of them were good and I love boba tea. The service was the most disappointing. The girl at the counter was leaning on the register smacking her gum the entire time. When I asked a question about something she was short and clearly annoyed. My family and I will not return, which is unfortunately because my daughter LOVES boba and we have it at least once a month. Oh, food is WAY overpriced. It cost three of us $60 for food and drinks.
The mangonoda was delicious I like more chamoy and Tajín. It's alittle expensive but pretty good. The staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. The restrooms stocked and clean. Would definitely go back for the drinks. Haven't tryed the food yet. Will update as soon as I do.
Everything was beautiful, clean, good customer service. The food was good, but it needs flavor.
Drinks were great. Clean place, great aesthetic. We ordered food and 6 people came in after us and everyone received their food as we were still waiting for ours. 30 min in, we asked about the status of our food and she said “1 min left”. 10 min later, we decided to ask for a refund even though she said “it’s almost ready”. She provided us a refund for the food, which was nice but it didn’t make sense how we were the first ones to order and everyone got their food before us. Bummed we didn’t get to try their food.
