Definitely the best Chinese BBQ in Oregon but like, every time after I had bbq, I just feel like I’m a walking oil barrel… greasy. This is a really old restaurant in Eugene, a lot of old and new international student know this place.Environment are definitely below average and service are okay. My friends refused to come here because they don’t have a really clean bathroom … so
I kept almost choking on gristle pieces and then almost bit into a staple. I’ve noticed the attitude and the customer service of the employees go down. Recently they stare at me as if I dont Tip enough and make me feel awkward when I pick up my food. I want a refund for my order otherwise I’m never taking this post down. If my son had been eating this food with me he could have died, no joke . Also, recently the chefs have decided the sprinkle the potentially harmful Kung pao spice cut up throughout my meal to intentionally give me an upset stomach. Go to LOK YAUN’s over this place. Wonder Wok is overpriced and might kill your kids if they eat Chinese food with you. I’m done with them unless they refund me for this horrible experience. That would me a giving me real food without harmful things added to it. It seriously feels Intentional too because we know how good of chefs they canbe when they act right. Recently they haven’t been acting right. Here are the photos for proof. Total losers would do this. Wonder Wok needs to take responsibility for this. This could have cost me my son’s life or my own. I don’t trust you anymore and I will tell everyone to avoid your restaurant. You tried to poison me.
First time there and we enjoyed it. We started with scallion pancakes, yum, and it was such a generous amount. Reheated at home in a dry skillet; several days worth of snacking. Loved the cumin lamb entree my mouth is watering just writing about it. Husband had a combination plate, he love it. Can't wait to go back!
This place has some amazing food! My hubby and i ordered the orange chicken and the sweet and sour chicken with some hot and sour soup. Everything was a 10/10. The orange chicken was my favorite though. It tasted like they took some orange juice and reduced it in the sauce. Soooo yummy!
Tried this place for the first time last night and was very impressed! Each dish was flavorful and delicious, especially the General Tso’s chicken and the pork chow mein. Will be our new go to takeout place! And the order was packed super carefully - with sauce on the side to keep the fried items crunchy - AND an employee helped me load everything into my car while I was managing my toddler. Great experience.
The best egg flower soup I've ever tasted. Big portions, as always, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food. I'll go again.
I was hopeful that this would be a worthy successor to Lanzhou. It is not. Tables are sticky, and food is just average. Kitchen staff are trying to wait tables and gangster rap playing in the background.
Their Kung Pap tofu is a good dish for vegetarians. It’s good enough that I haven’t really tried anything else!
Food came out very quickly and was extremely fresh. Egg flower soup was some of the best I've had in the Pacific Northwest, and a big bowl was enough to start 3 hungry people with some to spare. Recommend sharing plates as portions are very large. Chive pockets were amazing as well. 10/10 would strongly recommend.
we went back once because our meat wasn’t cooked, and the guy said there isn’t anything he could do because it was cooked and it’s pre cooked, we opened the box and pulled a piece out to show him and that’s when he said he’ll replace it, we then got home again and opened the new box and look what we got, uncooked meat again, and it’s like this time they purposely made it worse because now it’s even worse then the first time. Hard times doesn’t mean horrible service,
