I was refused service based on my disabilities. According to the bartender, "[I] shouldn't have been served un the first place." I have aspergers and a speech impediment, which I had tried to explain to the bartender. She insisted that I was drunk and should not be served more than she was willing. After my frist drink, i tried to order a 22 oz beer, aftet which she said she would not serve me. She offered me a 16 oz beer as a consolation, and insisted that she was doing me a favor by providing that. I tried to wxplain my disabilities, but was ignored. The server at this bar, around 5:00 pm on 27/06/22, needs to be better trained on disabilities. I felt insulted and disgusted.
Go here and get table service and a place to chill out that is way less cramped than the bar upstairs. The airport is small enough that your not going to be far from your gate no matter where you are, so why not be more relaxed
Sat at a table with my family. Table next to us had a minor at their table. Sat ,ordered, began to drink, and the same lady that served our drinks cones over and says "are we all over 21?" We replied with no, she's 15, the other tables have kids too. She sharply replies with "well, I just started my shift and it's on the wall if you need further reassurance." Wow is all I can say! $30 for 2 drinks and a waitress with a pole up her A**! Thank you for the kindness shown after spending money at your establishment. Sadly your the closest to our gate. We won't be back.
Hard to rate a place that is closed at mealtime.
Had a quesadilla here that was pretty good. And I was really impressed with how the staff stayed calm and friendly when overwhelmed with a large number of passengers from a delayed flight.
