Finally a Wendy's in lane County again! My burger was excellent. They are open quite late for this area, which was great. Fries were fresh and my burger tasted heavenly.More expensive then other fast food by nearly double, but worth it.
Ordered a taco salad got a container with a few shreds of cheese, some exceptional romain lettuce & about a tablespoon of diced tomatoes.One cup of watery what i dan only assume was chili a closed pack of salsa, closed package sour cream & a small sealed back of corn chips. They also charged me for the extra avocado and did not put it in my bag. I can understand separated items at a drive through to keep everything fresh, but the soup for chili is not taco meat… absolutely the most watery chili ever, i gave up trying to fish the meat and beans out with a fork and the worst taco salad on earth. That was not a taco salad you should take it off your menu if your not going to make a taco salad. Also no forgiveness for charging me the extra dollar for avocado and not pitting it in the bad.
Possibly the slowest drive-through in Eugene. Even Toxic down the street is faster, and they're more likely to make it fresh. The only rival I've seen to this drive-through is at a KFC in Springfield I once spent a half hour stuck in.
I had the new spicy honey chicken sandwich. It was awesome. Especially the fried pickle chips on it. The lobby was clean the crew didn’t look like zombies. All in all it was a good experience.
Took forever. Lunch break was over by the time we got our food. Girl that took our payment in drive-thru looked like she has never brushed or washed her hair in a few days. Her neck plastered with hickeys. She looked nasty as hell. Not to mention another girl yelling profanities to all her co-workers in the drive up window. Will never go back there again !!!!
I'm not fond of fast food in general, but we went here because my friend's kids wanted it. I got the nuggets & fries, which were pretty good for a fast food place. I didn't stop eating them because they tasted bad at least.
Pricey for fast food?. Still I like their salads.The apple Salad with candied walnuts and blue cheese. Strawberry ? salad in season . Chili with lots of fresh onions and cheese
As good as I'll give a fast food place, but the food was good and so was the service. I would say though that the sound system for the comms were less than useful--as a hard of hearing person
I don't understand the negative reviews.For me there was one mistake out of many visits. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized and corrected it immediately along with a free soda. This location is clean, fast, and friendly. Every time I've eaten here, the food looks and tastes as it should.
