Ordered some special donuts for my kids for breakfast in the morning. Got these really lazy sad excuses for donuts. And they gave me an apple fritter instead of my daughters banana chocolate donut that I ordered. My kids are going to wake up very unhappy in the morning. I’m not pleased. Voodoo has definitely gone downhill
It’s an iconic name in doughnuts so anytime I’m in the area we have to stop by! Sure other places do the same thing now but none have the history and image as the OG
Always a joy to come & pick up a few of Voodoo Donuts! Be prepared to wait outside until there’s room inside(it’s Oregon, bring an umbrella or waterproof coat). They now take cards which is nice as I don’t usually have cash on hand. The donuts are expensive but we do enjoy a savory treat every now & then. They don’t disappoint! Bacon maple bar is my favorite!
Got scammed! First time visiting Voodoo doughnut. I asked for a donut like a Boston crème and was told that it was called Portland Cream and that it had vanilla custard inside. Well there was no custard at all inside, it was just a chocolate donut without a hole in the middle! It was still yummy, so I give them that, but I paid for a specialty donut and it was not specialty at all!
We went out for birthday dinner close by. Didn't order dessert as our dessert was waiting for us atVoodoo donuts! We seriously can't drive by one without stopping. Know ALL of their locations by heart. Staff at all locations are truly helpful! And the donuts, wow,wow,wow amazing delicious!!
Really loved everything we ordered. It was easy to place the order online the night before and just pick it up on the way the next morning. Not really an apple fritter fan, but this place convinced me otherwise. Huge and delicious! the Portland Cream was worthy of finger-licking as the cream was truly perfect. The nice thing about the Marshall Mathers is that it wasn't too sweet, which was a pleasant surprise. The double chocolate is an excellent standard if you're not too adventurous. Be warned that the interior is not large so you'll want to eat elsewhere. Highly recommend and plan to return as well!
All I can say about this place is…..OMFG! While they have the typical fare of glazed, cake and filled, they have AWESOME originals, like maple icing topped with Bavarian cream center!!! It’s delectable. They have some with cereal, some with cookies on top. They have one with a pentagram and my personal favorite a voodoo doll with raspberry filling in the body…this place is iconic and one you will only find in Oregon. Do not miss out…
Best donuts in the world!People come far and wide to get these famous donuts.Also great environment to visit and check out. Lot of local hipster stores downtown Eugene, all next to voodoo : )
It was our first time at a Voodoo Doughnut location, and their custard-filled doughnut was very tasty, with a nice amount of custard! ❤ The old-fashioned glazed doughnut was also yummy, with those nice bits of crispness. Mmmm!
Very nice and honest people working here. I forgot my credit card and when I got back they asked the right questions to identify me. The donuts are delicious!
