I had a not too great drink here today and after leaving a review about it, I was contacted promptly to resolve it. I was offered a gift card to make up for the issue and it was totally explained to me (it was a training mistake!) and I really appreciated them taking the time to make sure I knew. That’s good service! And thank you to the barista who recognized the issue and did their best to help, you’re amazing ?
They’ve burnt my latte the last three times I ordered from there. I am beyond upset. It’s a waste of my money and my time.
Lovely little coffee stop! Very clean, very friendly, and the white mocha is delicious! The vibes here are immaculate. I came here on a date and it was just lovely.
It's a good place for coffee. Often can get busy, so maybe not the best for a quick to-go cup. Good food, good coffee, good atmosphere. I've met up with friends and professors here, it has a good professional feel to it.
Ordered a honey ginger tea. Spend 3 dollars on a small cup. They put enough honey in the tea to give you diabetes. Could barely feel the ginger and lemon. Bottom of the cup was just a big chunk of honey. Would not go back to this place.
I always enjoy coming here. The menu is awesome for breakfast, lunch, or any meal. There are great vegetarian options as well as gluten free. Beyond the food and drink, the atmosphere is great with lots of options for seating and tons of room outside too for warmer times
So, if your Italian is rusty - espresso is, of course, "coffee." And, you may not guess, but house is "house." But "vero?"Ready? It's "real." Really! So, "real coffee house." As opposed to those imitation places down the street - say the famous Seattle place for example. The coffee was swell! The espresso was the stuff all American places make, so pass on that until you get to Europe. The cappuccino was excellent. And the treats were tasty. A real experience, indeed.

The everything bagel itself is not bad. The lox were lower quality. The bagel could be toasted better. More cream cheese on the bagel as well wouldn't hurt. The espresso is very watered down and weak tasting.Prices are affordable though so that's nice.
Recently moved to Eugene & so happy to have stumbled across Vero. (I’m always drawn to businesses run out of old houses for some reason?) The staff is always friendly, love the vibe, & love love love their caramel oat milk lattes/consistently tasty espresso. Gave their turkey pesto panini a try today as well & it was divine. Will be back!
