Yes to this place! ? Had a small issue ordering off of GrubHub and called the only location that has a phone number. An employee named Tyler picked up and went above and beyond helping us figure the issue out. Even pulled out his own phone to do investigating and eventually resolve the problem! Literally perfect customer service, thanks Tyler! By the way, the food is BOMB and has almost everything on the menu available for gluten free folks!
ZERO Star for this place. Overpriced and !!!! DO NOT BUY!!! their halibut fish They are Scamming you! They are giving you TALAPIA fish!!!!! And charging you an arm, leg, and first born! They should be ashamed. The guy couldn't even get it right calling it COD. Look how thin the cut is, that's because is TALAPIA! Shame on the owners!
Update: ordered again requested no mustard and wow was that a really good burger, one of the best in Eugene I'd say. We also got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and that was awesome too! Fries were good and really liked the fry sauce this time.Holy mustard! my burger had almost 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard and I had to scrape it off to make it edible, otherwise the burger was great! the fry sauce was mostly yellow mustard, which was strange, so I would not recommend the fry sauce here, but the sweet BBQ was great! The fries were good when I got a good one it seems like I got half old cold fries and half fresh and like I said the fresh half was great. It really seemed like they didn't care because it was grubhub order...
Use to be one of my favorite places to go but everytime I go back it gets worse. They are not cheap even charging for 2 sauces to which I only got one. My girl asked for no onion on her burger And instead got nothing on the burger just meat and cheese. I also order a side of parm fries and got a bowl of oil wet potatoe sticks, if I didn't know ahead of time that they were supposed to be fries I would have never known. I got the raspberry hobanero wings and they were amazing, but literally it was the only thing that might make me ever return in the future.
Went there for Keto options and I was so happy to see that they did keto buns substitutes. But what really impressed me was the great price on chicken wings. Price was actually reasonable and the flavors were really good. Can't wait to come back.
I finally tried something other than my usual, bacon cheddar burger. I got the wings, and I was amazed how fresh and juicy the meat was. The sauces are so good, my only regret is that I have but one stomach to fill.
We ordered a kids grilled cheese and there was very little cheese on the bread. The cheeseburger my other kiddo got had more cheese and we ordered a grilled cheese! When I called the store and explained i was told ya, thats just how they are made, sorry you were disappointed with your purchase. Very disappointing to pay full price for this sandwich.

Unfortunately if I go any time one of the owners is not there, my food is completely wrong. Now I can’t eat this food I drove all the way home. Again! If the order is correct, the food is amazing and gluten free
They were 30 minutes late in processing my online order. Online orders way more expensive than orders made at the counter. No telephone orders accepted. No one apologized for the inconvenience, but instead they offered me a glass of water. Discouraging experience.
