First time trying Togos and we go in today (Sunday) a little before 7 because hours online say close at 8pm. We are waiting in line for about 5 minutes, our turn tk order the girl storms into the lobby and says she will help us in a minute, and she was turning of the signed because they are closed…. Meanwhile we are waiting, one person behind us and a family of four sitting eating. We left because of the sour attitude and feeling like an inconvenience… lady behind us stormed out after us. Please make sure your hours are accurate online.

Always love a good Togo's Sandwich. The Eugene location got the on-line orders correct and we left happy. Will be back.

My All time favorite sandwich shop since 1971 hot number 7

Awful from a delivery viewpoint. I was waiting for a DoorDash order and went up to let the sandwich artist know I accepted a 2nd order from DoorDash just to be yelled at in a manic way. I tried remaining calm and understanding of her line throughout the exchange and she just exploded on me and wouldn’t let me talk. The couple dining in couldn’t leave fast enough when she started ranting on me.

Great food and clean restaurant as you walk in even on a rainy day.I order turkey sandwich and ham/Swiss sandwich and both were delicious.I like my sandwich perfectly made, and they made it great.Next time I’ll ask for more veggies, hence I really like a lot of veggie on my sandwiches, this time I thought I asked for what I like turned out I like more veggies then seemed at first.Broccoli cheddar soup was also great.Thank u for making my experience pleasant.

If you like pastrami,#9 is tasty.Cool soda machine too.

The best pastrami when you can't be in New York and you have to go generic. I like the pretzel sandwich pastrami and swiss the best without the kraut. Melt in your mouth.

Great customer service! Delicious food! Never going back to Subway again lol very fresh bread and ingredients!

Overall pretty good. I wouldn't call it the healthiest sandwiches but they pack a ton of flavor.

Good quality food. The menu is pricey. The online ad I looked at showed a picture of a 6 or 9 inch sub, however, on arrival at the restaurant , I discovered that the price next to the picture was for a 3 inch sub. I double checked the ad after this discovery and decided that the online ad was very deceptive. That said, if you're willing to spend a little bit more for a sub sandwich, you will get a sandwich that is okay. Caveat Emptor.
