The food was nothing special and they had advertised a Valentine's special on their front board, but they were out of all the ingredients.Besides the food being completely average the fact that they advertised the special they couldn't make really turned me off.3/25 - edited for spelling
I dig Tio Pepe's. It's my go-to neighborhood spot when I need mexican food in my life. The location is easy, parking is ample, and the place is always bustling. Immediate, friendly service when you walk in- and right to a table. Great menu selection, excellent food, and AGAIN with the fast and friendly service. I always have a great experience, I feel well attended to, and my belly is full and happy. Te adoro Tio Pepe!
Really good food and atmosphere
The prices are great, the food is delicious, the service isn’t always fast but they are super courteous and friendly. They make me feel like I’m part of the family. And did I mention the food is delicious??? And really good prices. And good variety. Just give it a try, just maybe order to go so my favorite place doesn’t get overrun ??
Wonderful staff and excellent shredded beef burrito! Didn't chince out by filling it with rice, the burrito was full of the ingredients described in the menu. With healthy portions of refried beans, warm tortilla chips and excellent salsa.
First off they tried to sit my 2 young children in the bar and we had to ask to sit somewhere else and they reluctantly moved us. To a broken table that hung down and had no room for our legs.As we went to Order I asked for the 2 enchiladas one beef and one cheese and was told they had to be the same thing so I decided on both beef and then I asked for no red sause add cheese on the top and he said that could not be done and it would be easier for them if I just ordered the chicken and cream meal.We were so discussed at this point that we decided to leave! I would not recommend this restaurant
I have eaten here several times and never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. Today I had the tortilla soup & a margaritas otr. My bestie had an enchilada plate & Pina colada. Too busy eating to take pics.

Excellent Mexican food. Spent my childhood in Mexico and SoCal. This is the real deal Amigo/a. Best in Eugene. Cute atmosphere. Just a bit of an odd vibe. Cant call it. The patrons? Service was outstanding. Staff was amazingly welcoming especially given the Covid great resignation. Not sure. Needs some warmth for sure. But very good overall!?
