Coffee was delicious like always. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was actually really good!
Their coffee is always delicious, the chorizo breakfast sandwich is my favorite on days I’m in a hurry and the folks who work there have always been welcoming to where you want to come back.
good red bulls but one girl in particular there is real grumpy doesn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. i don’t know her name she always seems to have a pony tail in she got blond hair. this the west 11th location btw, anyways two times i’ve gone in there and she wasn’t friendly. also first time she completely messed up my drink, i asked her for an iced coffee and told her i wanted it really sweet she hands me a plane black iced coffee and wasn’t willing to fix the issue so i had to ask for someone else. i just came again this morning she hands me my drink saying “here you go” then i ask for a straw and she goes “uh yeah” and grabs me one as if im slow for asking for a straw when you should’ve asked me for one considering i got a red bull . not a big deal it’s the point she snooty, not trying and doesn’t seem happy at all. im cool on going back to this location her negativity is not what i want to deal with in the morning. mention i come to this location anytime i work over here.
Oh my goodness. first of all what amazing human beans working at this location. They had such a huge selection of sugar free syrups that was on a neat laminated menu. In my opinion this is great for business normally I just order the same flavors but having the plethora of options laid out in front of my lap really made it really easy to go outside of my comfort zone and, it was worth it! These people really know how to make a good cup of coffee. Definitely worth giving it a try if you’ve never been.

I think they accidentally soaked the beans in windex instead of water for the batch of Cold Brew. Just kidding. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the cold brew was definitely rancid and undrinkable. So if you're a cold brew lover, I would ask them when they made the cold brew so you don't waste your time/money as I did.I'm sure they have guidelines as to how long they can let their cold brew sit in the fridge and I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I'm assuming none of the barista's working had tried it, perhaps within the last couple days. I actually usually like the cold brew from human bean well enough, so I am not trying to be a complainer... also wouldn't assume anyone knowingly let a batch sit in the fridge for days so I'm really not sure what happened!

Be careful for the manager kaylee she has a big reputation on the way she puts things in peoples drinks an how the owners do not care. Go to any other location it will save you a trip to the E.R. an more. I promise
Neglected to update their holiday hours! I received multiple Doordash orders on Christmas! Is it really that hard to tap on a tablet when it literally asks you ahead of time if you'll be closed certain days! Thumbs down!
Nicest baristas, a thousand times better than Starbucks, and the hot tea selection is spot on. They actually have quality tea which is unheard of in most coffee shops. The holiday drinks are wonderful, especially the frozen peppermint hot chocolate and the chai nog latte. The chocolate covered espresso bean that comes with every beverage is the icing on the cake.
This location used to be amazing. But since they closed down for that short period of time and reopened, the quality of coffee was hit severely. I used to go almost everyday, not anymore. The coffee is watered down, to the point where it tastes like they are reusing the espresso from the last client. I thought perhaps it was just the type of drink I was ordering or the barista, so I changed it up and ordered something different... got what tasted like watery milk with a lil coffee in it. This used to be the best coffee in town, now it's worse than gas station coffee. It's really sad, I get in this pandemic businesses are struggling, but taking these kind of short cuts can kill a business.
