Not impressed and won’t be supporting anymore. Just DON’T support corporations guys. They don’t care about their employees! They pay them minimum wage and even with tips it’s not enough for many. The company is sh!t overall. They do play favorites with shift leads and allowed other girls there to bully new baristas AND fire people unlawfully or push them out to quit. Oh AND they have a racist manager who owns all the beans and even had multiple baristas quit in the same week for their behavior. Heard from multiple baristas who have worked here in Eugene and Roseburg. Not only that but they changed their matcha to probably cheaper ingredients and it’s just not that good
I normally don't have a problem here but today I asked for an Iced Vanilla Latte for my cousin and was handed a hot coffee. When I said it was supposed to be iced the barista said they don't have iced coffee then offered an iced Americano?? ...confused I just took it and left then found out once at my cousin's it was literally just hot black coffee...idk how that got messed up. Giving two stars cause my iced Chai was correct but my cousin was bummed so maybe just double check before giving someone the wrong drink?
The service was good and quick. I got a Chai tea that was sweet but not overpowering. If you want something different and not as pricey as some chains give them a try.
The oatmilk latte is fantastic! Thanks for info on non dairy products used as well. I'm super milk allergic and any dairy will incapacitate me. And stickers! Yeah I'm perpetually 5 years old!!

. First time at this place I wanted to try something new. I tried moxie mocha.this place superb. Best coffee I had. Staff is so nice . I had good experience. My drink was above my expectations. Amazing. Thanks u guys made my day.I'm trucker. Best coffee I ever had.
Will trained staff!Kara Was pleasant and Is the human bean. Has great iced coffee and hot coffee. They also have a food menu That is delicious. This place is located by Costco in Eugene and is fast and gets my 5 stars. If you found this review to be helpful please like it.??????????
Deglected to update their holiday hours! I received multiple Doordash orders on Christmas to The Human Bean! Is it really that hard to tap on a tablet what your holiday hours are? It literally asks you ahead of time too! Thumbs down The Human Bean!
Highly recommend them, they have excellent service, drinks and snacks. Also love the app where you can pay super quickly and earn rewards.
I can only base this on my own drink choices, but I love that they have so many alternative milk choices, including macadamia milk, and a wide variety of sugar free syrup flavors (unlike another franchise which only seems to have sugar free vanilla). The staff are always very friendly and even long lines go quickly.
