I should have taken a pic of my burger and onion rings! They were SUPER good and SUPER fresh! The price was good too! There was a tiny miscommunication about whether I was eating in or taking to go (I wanted to eat there but it came in a bag and not a tray), but that was literally all and they didn't care that I just ate at a table either! A sweet little spot I will be going back to a lot more often now and probably take my family to eat there soon too!
First time ever eating at The Burger House.We found the location to be clean, well organized and the staff was very friendly.My burger (#1 House Deluxe) was pretty simple and very tasty! I really enjoyed that and the fries. Everything exceeded my expectations.
My family frequents this cute little burger joint often, it is great for a delicious meal that tastes like it was grilled at home for a reasonable price. Shakes are bomb.comWe have been inside but we love to utilize the drive thru, every experience has been unique but always have been pleasant. Tonight we went out and unfortunately had our first negative experience here. We went through the drive thru and have never been charged for fry sauce, after spending the bigger part of $50 here on family dinner I would hope they wouldn't charge a petty $1.50 for 3 extra sauce had only being given 3 to start and after I already purchased. When I told the male I didn't want them then he slammed the sliding window in my face.
The food was fine but the experience with the employee at the window was so strange. Asked to have an item held off a burger and was told we could easily remove it ourself. But I'm allergic? Change order. Get to the window and ask for ranch dressing. Was told you get 2 fry sauce do you want to give up 1 of them..ahh sure. Get the bag it's got 1 fry sauce. I tell employee he forgot the ranch. He says sorry. Then asked for the extra fry sauce back. But you only gave us 1. He handed the ranch over acting like we were trying to get away with something. Very strange experience over a plastic cup of dressing
Croissant sandwich breakfast was great if you add the hash Browns.Bacon cheeseburger is even smaller than McDonald's $1 Burger very disappointing.Hot dogs are large and a 100% beef
I like these burgers and shakes better than Dickie Jo's. They have done soooooo much to class up the inside and outside. I just wish the employees matched the building. Service has, on a number of times, been less than professional, mannerly and kind. Otherwise it would get 5 stars. Great job with what you have to work with in a gas station.
So I come here every so often because I'm obsessed with the Spicy Chicken Ranch wraps. The drive thru can get a little long sometimes so I decided to look up reviews on the burgers since I've never tried them.I wanted to write a review because it seems like they may have addressed the last several about poor customer service and incorrect orders. The burger was decent but the rest of my order was on point, the server who took my order was super friendly and professional, and I was really happy with it. Places are short staffed everywhere but I don't let one bad experience ruin it for me normally. It's definitely worth giving it another shot if you had previous bad experience.
At 1st I was skeptical being this is attached to a gas station but don't be afraid my friends, this place has damn good burgers! Very clean, a lot of options, welcoming staff, good variety of beers on hand. Definitely going back again and again.
Drive through girl was super rude.. I had to order 3 times, she still got it wrong and then treated me like it was my fault. Had to pull around to wait 20 minutes and by the time the rest of my order came out, it was completely wrong and I didn’t receive onion rings.. which was the whole point of me pulling around in the first place. I ended up just throwing everything away and going somewhere else. Super happy that I spent $20 for literal garbage food and service
Whomever was working the drive thru was really rude. You can tell she hates her job for sure. She charged me for extra fry sauce after lying she already put some in the bag. We were excited to try this place but won't be back.
