great food and custer service
I’ve come down from Albany twice in the last couple of weeks to eat here and both times it was an outstanding experience (both times I sat at the bar). Firstly, the staff is very friendly and attentive; I was seated very quickly. The rolls and butter are glorious; my meals came out very quickly after ordering, everything was correct and cooked perfectly. I only wish there was one closer to Albany but, the great food and service are well worth the drive to Eugene.
Their 'Fall Off The Bone Ribs' are excellent every time. My girl loves their steak. The only complaint that I have is that the bread that they serve is way too sweet, and the butter is cinnamon ... you'll have to ask for regular butter. We call the bread 'cake'... it's that sweet. Other than that, the dining experience is great. The restaurant is very nice and the price is very reasonable. My girl and I go a couple times a month.
The food was delicious, my ribs were fall off the bone tender. My friend's rib eye steak was cooked perfectly and juicy.The sides were tasty and everything was in good sized portions.The staff and servers were friendly, fast and efficient. Though it was a little expensive it was well worth the price and I'll definitely be back.
This was our first time eating there, it was a great experience from the moment we walked in the door, the staff was great, friendly the food and drinks were amazing we will for sure be back...
The buns actually surprise me. They are sooooo good for no reason! We have 3 rounds free bun tho ?. The shrimps are great too. I think steak it’s ok I mean at this price, much better than other steak house. Pork ribs is kinda salty.I’m here second time and I said I don’t like my alcohol bcuz it’s so sweet and she is so nice trying to take care of it I was like it’s okay, I can try to finish it. Service are 100000% great as what I expected.
What an Amazing place . Our server Steven . First Class . The food amazing. The management actually walks around and greets guests . Truly above and beyond. You will not go wrong . Ask for Steven. Ribeye with bone with mushroom sauce ! Perfect! For appetizers the potato skins are amazing .
Lots of people, need to wait for around 10 to 20 minutes. It's better to sign up the wait list online. The steak was not hot. Servers are super busy, feels like they should make sure their food quality.
Food was great. The waitress made sure we always had drinks despite being extremely busy. The only fault I found was my steak was cooked medium, but ordered medium rare. It was still very good though. I would go back for sure.
We were in the area and our usual place was not open for lunch that day. Generally we are a bit snooty about food and rarely go to chain restaurants but we went to this place not expecting much. Turned out to be pretty good. We had to wait to be seated but it was only for a few minutes, actually less than they said. Fresh rolls and butter were brought out immediately. We ordered one of those onion appetizers like a Blooming Onion. It came in a short time after we ordered it, very hot and perfectly done. I ordered a dinner salad. It was very large and nicely done with quality greens including Romaine. The quality of the food was better than many places presenting themselves as fine dining. The place was very busy and with a very casual atmosphere. Service was excellent.
