An hour before closing the person ahead of me was able to order what ever they wanted— told me I could only get teriyaki chicken, then the manager came out and hooked their friend up and offered them the full menu. Second terrible experience and completely unprofessional behavior. At least wait until I’m not standing right there. Terrible terrible terrible. No one I know will eat there.
They close at 8 I guess? Even though the web site say 9. Not to happy. The staff is nice and food has been good before. So 4 stars but change the dam hours on the web site plz
Came in at 7:45 to order some food but bcuz store was closing in 15 mins they only had teriyaki chicken and white rice. So pretty much you can’t order what you want before they close. Gave a 1 star bcuz food is decent.
You really should take curbside off your online ordering if your employees aren't going to bring my food to me. I waited in my car for 10 minutes after I hit I am here. So I went inside and my food was just sitting waiting I guess for me to come inside and get it.
Your own website says you close at 9pm "daily," Google shows you open until 8pm on Sundays, and your own store has it posted open until 8pm on Sundays. Yet I'm here at 7:15pm and you are closed with no one in sight. I just moved close by and was looking to try it for the first time, what a disappointment this has been.EDIT: I can understand having technical issues, or staffing issues. But as a manager, I would also leave communication to my guests of needing to close early. Little gestures like that, take it from "the company doesn't put forth the thought of upsetting future guests," to showing; consideration, explanation, and an apology for consequently refusing their business.
I love teriyaki and this is the best I've ever eaten. We've ordered ahead and we've gone in both. Always great service. I don't mind waiting for 15 or 20 minutes when the food is worth it. This food is definitely worth it. I don't feel less than $20 for two lg bowls is extremely reasonable. We make 2 meals of it. Sorry for rambling but I really really like the food.
I sent this emai on the 22nd of November and it’s now December 5th and still no response.
Staff was kind of rude... Food was good tho. Nice portion sizes. Orange chicken is probably the best I've had in a long time. Fried rice... Not a fan... And the side sauce was gross... Look forward to coming back for just the orange chicken tho. ☺️
Hours are wrong, staff locked the doors an hour early than what their app says and google. Not to mention right in front of us when we were walking to the door :( highly suggest going to a local Mongolian grill insteadEdit: they changed their hours on google after I made this review. It said they were open till 9 when i went at 7:55, then they changed it to 8 to make me look like a bad cop.
i know you’re just gonna diss me about trying to get back at you guys but i worked here it’s not great at all the workers are privileged people and don’t get in trouble for anything they do wrong they vape in the kitchen they don’t wear their masks and when i asked for them to make my food for me since i didn’t know how to (they stuck me on dishes only they play favorites!) i ended up getting sick with URI (upper respiratory infection) and wasn’t able to taste smell or be 100% i was in the hospital for about 2 days and one of my life regrets this place is horrible!
