Best latte in Eugene - can be pricey though.
Tailored sells third wave specialty coffee. What this means is that they roast high quality, single origin beans with an emphasis on bringing out the inherent characteristics of each coffee. If you get most of your coffee from Starbucks, the grocery store, or anyplace other than a specialty coffee shop, this means their coffee is lighter roasted than what you're used to. They do an excellent job of producing a third-wave specialty product, but be aware: it isn't for everyone.
The mochas are decent. WORST grilled cheese I've ever had, however! I didn't realize they would use what tasted like kraft singles while charging me way more than this sandwich deserved
By far the weakest tasting espresso/cappuccino I've had in all of eugene. I am not trying to be rude, I'm not ragging on the guy who made my coffee. I was just extremely surprised by how weak the cappuccino was. I make an effort to try every new shop I see, I was expecting more from this place but I will be avoiding here now. Again, not a problem with the clerk by any means, he was very nice. I would think this is on whoever is sourcing the coffee. It just doesn't taste very good.
The espresso I had was incredibly sour and under-extracted
This is a cute little coffee place with friendly service. The cold brew was decent and the chocolate, coconut, oatmeal cookie was delicious. My only disappointment is that the largest size they offer is 16oz.

Local coffee shop with great, simple menu and excellent house roasted coffee. Always cool music, nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Cappuccino and breakfast sammie were delicious. But truthfully, we started out at Tailored with….The best chocolate chip cookie… ever! Came straight out of the oven. Crispy on the outside, buttery and soft onside. So good!
