I decided to have lunch at Taco Bell, Coburg road. The restaurant was very clean, as were the restrooms. They were fully stocked up. The young lady took my order, read the order back to me and then asked if I wanted say hot sauce. Of course, I said yes. Diablo kind of day. She handed me my cup and within 4 min. I was seated devouring my food, like I hadn't eaten in a month. ? Food was great, friendly service and lots of smiles.
Very delightful people working there. Had my order out in a matter of minutes. The girl that took my order Chelsea I think it was. She was extremely helpful!
So, drive to Taco Bell, make it all the way home after ordering extra cheese, and instead of giving me extra cheese AFTER CHARGING ME for it, they have given me a tiny little side container of shredded cheese. Are you serious? You people KNOW that isn’t how it’s done. Horrible.
Ring the bell for Taco Bell! My son loves your Dorito tacos. I tried the cheesy bean and rice burrito and it tasted good as well. My son said less lettuce on his tacos next time please. Our family goes here often and they have really gotten there act together! The staff if kinder about confirming our order and answering our questions with out any rudeness. Our food orders have all been correct…This crew is great! Our food has been excellent! This is our preferred location.
Very good drive thru experience we ordered a lot of food so of course the wait was a bit longer. Staff was very friendly though.
I typically rate fast food on a scale of 1-4, as I don't see it usually being worth a full 5 stars. 3 for me is pretty standard, 2 was disappointing, and 1 is not going back. So, I gave it a 2 this time. The reason for that was disappointing service--being cut off, given the wrong drink (and not letting us say that it was incorrect). I'm not too hard pressed about it myself, due to covid and all else, but a little more effort would be nice
Two nights in a row they messed up my order and I'm not the type to turn around after getting home or to fuss at someone the next time I go that probably had nothing to do with my messed up order but that's nor saying I wasn't disappointed both nights. Just one of the reasons I don't like eating out....
Typical American style fast Mexican food
Late night fast food stop to fuel up before a long drive home. It was taco bell. It tasted like taco bell ought to taste. But so much was lacking ....They were fast enough, I'll give them that... the whole interaction took about 5 minutes. A bit too quickly to insure proper food prep, as it turned out. Lost a star cause the gordita wasn't cooked enough and ended up sticking to the paper.Lost another star cause the meat paste was runny, watery, lukewarm and caused a bit of a mess when it leaked thru the paper.And the third star. That was discounted due to the drive thru staff making me feel like an imposition both In tone and demeanor throughout the entire transaction.Here's what I have to say ...Come on guys. Let's have some standards for quality. I know pushing meat paste is SOOOO DIFFICULT and it takes a LOT of effort when I'm the ONLY car in the drive thru at 1:30 am... but as God is my witness... I truly believe... oh yes... I do....truly believe ..... that even pimple faced meat paste pushers that get stuck on grave shift can rise above their station! And they can have high quality standards!! Hallelujah! Can i get an amen up in here!?
