I actually really like this. Taco Bell The line can be super long but they are very, very fast and efficient. The biggest problem that I have if I can sit here while one car has multiple orders. I pull in with two door dash orders and they refuse to make both of them at the same time and make me go back through the line. So what is the point of making it fresh when I check in with DoorDash? If I'm going to go sit back through a line you allow one car to go through and have multiple orders and DoorDash comes through with multiple orders and you make them go through the line multiple times. This is absolutely ridiculous and I promise you I will fight the correct this, discrimination much?
These people deal with the worst of it and always make me feel better about my day. I was bummed when they couldn’t do 2 orders at a time but it’s not their fault. They are renovation and they are really good staff chosen by the owner. When I’m having tough days their faith and hard work restores me. We need to find a way to pay these people more. They deserve it. They give their everything and generally it’s a thankless job. This review is for all of you guys down at 7th in Eugene. STAY BLESSED FROM LLOYD FISHER!
Had two orders to pickup. When I got to the drive thru they told me I could pickup the first one then go back around and wait for the second one. Lobbies under construction so you can't go in to pick up which is totally ok. What's not ok is making someone wait in line twice when they have 2 orders to pickup.Absolutely illogical and asinine
My husband Brian went to 7th street One and Ended up getting sick. He had one of the Craving boxes that made him so sick he has been in the bathroom for 2 1/2 hrs off and on. He has been throwing up and having diarra. He usually orders from 11th and he never gets sick. He ordered from 7th street because he was on his way home from work. He will never order from 7th street again. MARCH 18TH 2022
This is by far the best taco bell I have ever been to. The staff there does an exceptional job from the workers all the way up to the management. You can tell that this location is well managed it shows in the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. The service is always fast and friendly and I have never been disappointed with anything there. Every experience I have had there has been top-shelf. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody without hesitation.
Ordered 11 items, only got 5 items and two had meat instead of beans and im vegetarian so that left me with two drinks and cinnamon twists for mine and my 2 kids dinner. So out of my 38 dollar order i received your about 8 dollars worth. Plus i paid delivery fees and tip so about 46 bucks.Tried again and we were missing 2 items and again 2 had meat instead of beans. That was a 29 dollar order that i got about 6 bucks worth.It would be nice if they fixed this
Best. Taco. Bell. Ever. Doesn't matter what I order, it's always hot and absolutely no mistakes. One of the few drive throughs I don't even check the bag
I had this new thing I don't remember the name of it but it had chicken on it and omg it was yummeriffic? Oh but i ordered the strawberry splash drink thing but it wasn't with my bag and I was in a hurry so i just grabbed muh food and left.. Didn't remember that i ordered it until I was already on the road, but oh well, hell!!
They don’t like to work. I ordered something, paid for it. Then they said it wasn’t on my order. They made be go back through the drive through when it was busy to pickup my burrito I had paid for and didn’t receive the first time through
It's not what it used to be but still good burritos for a quick bite to eat. & everyone's always got good attitudes. But value menu keeps going up and up.
