If you get one of the people who clearly doesn't want to be there then you'll get a lot of attitude and un needed behavior and word choice, but for the most part the employees are great. I'm always one of those people that gets my sauces last even though they prefer to do them first. My girlfriend went and got a gentleman who clearly didn't want to be there and talked down to her because of her preferences. Never order from their app. It always comes toasted when I never select the option.

Workers did an excellent job during a busy rush, but this particular location only seems to have 2 active workers during one of the busiest times of day. Location is horribly understaffed, for 10 billion dollar company there no good reason for s staff of only 2 people.

Worst drive through ever!!! They are the slowest on Earth, it can't get any slower at this place. Never going back!!

Spent literally 20 minutes ordering at the drive through menu for staff to get a simple 1 salad order correct and then an ADDITIONAL 25 minutes at the window waiting to pay and get my salad... to there being no salad ready and after 45 minutes and had to go inside and wait 15 more minutes before someone could figure out how to help me get my salad and pay. It's odd because there were no other customers at this time. ? I normally don't leave reviews but this was seriously an embarrassing experience. Subway, you left a terrible taste in my mouth... no pun intended.

Service is often a little slow, but all the staff is really nice and they always get my order perfect.

Clean restaurant and covid-19 complaint staff was very nice and not only a drive-thru but there is plenty of parking next to Starbucks. Didn't get any acknowledgment of even walking through the door for an entire 10 minutes. No it was busy at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant so I had to at least give the benefit of the doubt to the two people that were working there because I needed extra obviously. And normally I'd put that on management and that would not be appropriate considering the labor shortage across the whole entire nation. And that keeps them from a perfect score.

I have usually never had a problem with this location but I got 2 sandwiches and the bread doesn't seem fully cooked? One was pretty soft and squishy and it was even toasted and was still very soft. Please make sure in the future that the bread is actually fully done. The bread is completely white and doesn't even look fully cooked. It's not the worst but wasn't great. The guy working seemed very nice and may have just been busy or flustered so I don't blame him. I know places are low staffed.

I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and I've been coming here for 2+ years. Service takes AT LEAST 30 minutes every single time. Drive through or inside doesn't matter. Management- staff your store adequately !!

Used the drive thru. Employee stated there were a couple customers ahead of me and asked me to wait. 10 minutes later employee hadn't returned to take my order. Drove off.

Food and staff ????. One negative is the parking it suuuucks☠??
