If you like sushi then you just gotta try this place! To be more clear; you haven't lived if you haven't tried a giant sushi burrito with the sweet soy sauce on the side.They have so many options of signature burritos or you can build your own. I take the option of ordering it online beforehand, then just picking it up on my way home. To be honest though, I eat at least half of it in the parking lot because I can't wait until I get home for something that delicious.
Found this magical place by accident, after discovering my favorite sushi place was closed for lunch. I was looking for something else, and saw the SuBo sign, and got so excited! The young man who helped me, was extremely sweet and helpful. I chose the Salmon Poke Burrito style, and it was AMAZING! Super fresh. Super fun. Super delicious!! I will definitely be back!!

Their unique burritos are TO DIE FOR!!! I always get the hipster because i am vegitarian, and the deep-fried mushrooms are sooo goood, not to mention the amazing garlic sause?! My only complaint is there is only one vegitarian burrito on the menu, but that is not that big of a deal. I totally recommend eating here!

Tried it for the first time. I liked the Onigiris. Ingredients tasted fresh, rice was well cooked. Will try it again. Good price and portions a plus.
Subo Sushi Burritos is an awesome and unique sushi restaurant. Great prices, awesome staff. The restaurant has a couple tables, not that spacious inside. But it's a great location?

Food is absolutely delicious atmosphere is a little minimalist, and the prices have gone up, but the food is still absolutely delicious ?
We usually order from the Springfield location, but recently we had a craving and only the Eugene one was open. These two locations were like night and day. The Springfield one has great food and service. The Eugene people were very rude, and the portions were MUCH smaller. I will stick with Springfield from now on. The people at the Eugene location need to seriously evaluate how they treat customers. Do you like money?!
