I’ve been coming here often for the past two years and never had issues with their customer service until these past few months. I understand they have a labor shortage, but that doesn’t mean you can slack off on your customer service job. Today I came by for my usual order, and they stated their card reader is down and can only accept cash, Starbucks cards or gift cards from the app. I asked if I can use my cards saved on the Starbucks app and they said yes. When I came to the window, they said they can’t use VISA cards. However, when they scanned it from my app, it worked. The curly haired woman at the window gave us attitude. She just handed us our drinks and food without saying anything. No “have a nice day” or “see you next time,” nothing. I understand the shortage problem, but you still have to do your job.

I have been going here for 6 months every single morning. Safe to say I will not anymore. Not that they care. But their employee Keira is the worst. Terrible attitude, terrible service, just plain rude. Have never had a altercation with a food service employee until today. She was terrible.
Workers here are always helpful in finding dairy alternatives. Friendly and helpful, will never stop coming back.
I like to come here to do homework a lot and i still do come here because it’s the closest to my house, but the customer service is terrible, there are some workers that are naturally nice but are always stuck in the window. Every time i’ve come here, the people who take my order are never the standard i’d like to see in a coffee shop. If your going to work in service industry, you need to be able to have good customer service and some of the people here don’t.
About as great as it gets for corporate coffee. Quintessential location on Willamette Street. Staff is fast and friendly. 4 of 5 stars!
They are really quick and nice at this location. I also appreciate how much they enforce masks at this location. It does get crazy busy during normal coffee rush hours.

My friend and I had a horrible experience here. He ordered a drink and the barista seemed really friendly, at first. She must have forgotten to turn off her mic, because as soon as he finished ordering, we heard her mocking his voice in an exaggerated high pitch. It'd be great if my friend and I could order coffee without being made fun of behind our backs. I'll never give another penny to Starbucks. If you're looking for a sugary drink served by respectful baristas, head to Dutch Bros.
