Standard Starbucks coffee, which is good. The staff is super friendly. The line is often long and obviously since it's near campus there are always lot as of students. I appreciate that they have a lot of parking!
My puppy had his first taste of a puppuccino tonight. Staff was super friendly and nice.
I made the horrible decision to go inside rather than through the drive thru. I ordered a latte, waited 25 minutes, and finally left without my latte. Then, because I waited so long at Starbucks, when I got to the Mexican restaurant where I had put in an order for breakfast burritos, they had accidentally given my order to someone else. I wasted 45 minutes, lost $5 and am so frustrated. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks. Y’all need to prioritize people in person too.
Shots were and usually are burned. Starbucks, get it together! When it's done right, it's awesome but very disappointing when the order is messed up and the workers are aloof. It's too expensive for these types of mistakes.
this was a stop on the way from Seattle to Riverside, CA. and love it. the place was really clean and has plenty of space to hang up while enjoying your coffee, staff was extremely courteous and always smiling. I got my coffee super fast.

Actually a decent Starbucks location in particular. Maybe it is because of the obscure location in the fridge East side of Eugene, or perhaps just because of being on campus (avoid during student rush hours)… either way this location has ample outdoor seating and a quick drive thru line. Quite spacious and pleasant!
The service is always great. I love seeing all the pictures of people’s pets. The issue here is they never have anything in stock which is probably due to the location. Honestly, every time I come to this Starbucks, I usually leave disappointed and double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich less. Please order more for the next shipment.?
Paid almost 6 bucks for a grande apple crisp macchiato and the cup was only halve full and also tasted burnt. I hardly ever go to Starbucks and only when desperate because I know they burn their beans, but they at least could have given me the amount I paid for.
