I really don't want to write this review cause I've never had a bad time at this Starbucks but I walked 20 mins to a store to find a closed lobby that should have been open (per the hours online,) a dead phone line (so I couldn't ask what to do about that,) no order ahead option at all, and when I tried to get their attention so I could ask if I could walk through the drive through so that I could get something for my walk home, all I got was glares and being ignored. The hostility I received when I tried to indicate that I had a question was badNot only is this rude, but assumes everyone has a car, which is very much not true. I came to get coffee cause i had a pretty bad day and now i have no coffee, I'm upset, and have to walk home in pain (I'm disabled)This is unacceptable
Being a tea drinker, i wish they had a wider variety of decaf tea and flavors. They have very limited gf food options.
everyone is way too rough on these folks. They are doing a great job with being understaffed and with all the shipping issues happening ACROSS THE NATION. amazing helpful staff and very tasty coffee.
The best for Christmas and everyday!
Great drive thru, hardly any wait time
Bought a pound of coffee. No grinding needed. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
The bacon gouda sandwich is soo yummy!!??
They were out of everything. Every syrup I asked for, every sandwich I asked for. It was kinda ridiculous. Would have been easier if they had said this is what's available, what would you like.....
The baristas? Amazing. The manager, Amy? A NIGHTMARE. I hope no one has to deal with her, and she is so strict with the employees that they are afraid to do anything without her approval first.
It was terrible! Since there was a long line for the drive thru, I decided to go inside. It took a few minutes for someone to take my order, but I could see that the staff were all working, so I understood. What I didn't understand was waiting 20 minutes for a coffee drink, which I never received. When I asked about my coffee, I was simply told "we have a cue". No apology and no offer of a refund.I learned a bitter lesson from the experience; if you want coffee from the Valley River Starbucks, you better stay in the drive thru or order online, because you're walk in order will be the least of their priorities and if you're in any type of hurry, forget it!!!
