Basing my review on a cold sandwich. Grabbed a pastrami deli sandwich. It was good, sandwich was missing a bit more flavor. Overall was good.
How to begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with your service, your amazing food, your awesome staff!!!!! , I had my friends and family coming back the next morning for left overs!!! the tri tip was delicious!!! the potatoes were to point, even the infused waters were very much appreciated all the way to next morning lol !!!. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my request and for making this birthday so especial for a special man in our life's, Thank to Dixie !! and once again thanks to your staff!!! Sheild catered my Foundation's annual donor appreciation dinner for 70 people, and I have nothing but accolades for them!Dixie met with us at the location before the event to discuss everything and she was incredibly professional and helpful. The food was delicious- we got lots of compliments from our guests. They worked with us to create a unique menu that included appetizers, buffet dinner, and desserts. It was also more affordable than we were expecting!Will, the head caterer, was very communicative and efficient. The other staff, including the bartender were all very friendly. They cleaned everything up very quickly and even made sure that my boss (who was too to eat all evening) got a plate of food to go! 100% would recommend Sheild Catering for any event.
We chose Sheild Catering for a Celebration of Life event for 30 people. The service and quality were fantastic. They could not have been easier to work with from planning to execution. I highly recommend them for catering needs.
I hired Shield Catering for a small work holiday party, not only was Dan easy to work with, the food was delicious! He suggested the honey glazed bacon wrapped apricots and I am so glad that I added them to our menu. Everything was delivered on time and set up beautifully in the space that we provided. I will definitely being using Shield Catering for any future events!
Shield Catering recently catered my office holiday party and the experience was first class from the initial phone call through to pick up. The food prices were reasonable, the food tested incredible and the service was top notch. Their presentation can not be improved on. Everything was set up beautifully. I was late to hire a caterer for our Christmas Party this year, but Dan fit me in and walked me through all of the options available.At the event, Amelia and Carolyn were so helpful and sweet. They set up food in a timely quiet manner, bussed tables and cleaned up the food quickly and quietly.The food was delicious, everyone raved about the appetizers the options available but mainly the delicious Chicken!I would suggest using Sheild Bistro to anyone and will use them again!
