Went to the burlesque show this evening and had an absolute blast. Bartenders were friendly and inviting.securty was welcoming yet made me feel safe and comfortable. Food was super yummy. 10/10 would/will go again.

Snow Tha Product Concert. Was amazing hope she comes back again.

Went to see Snow Tha Product, concert was amazing, might not hear right after but it was a blast and a great way to spend my 32nd birthday!

Nice venue. Wish there was space for photographers. If they want photographers to want to take pics there, then they should put some space between the stage and the gate.

National Acts that sell out huge venues in other places that have no business playing in Eugene especially for half the ticket price and 20% or even 10% of the people for half or less the price... Pretty much the only spot that has shows as good in and inexpensive as the wall Hall! But you can drink at the same time as you see the shows....

The place is clean and airy, and that's just the lounge. Great acts, easy parking. Good venue

Cool venue, nice bar and staff, minus the bouncer we dealt with... Guy was telling my wife and I our IDs were fake and that he had to confiscate them. We're in our 30s. First, what college kid tries to get away with a fake ID that claims they're in their 30s?Second, after ten minutes of standing outside and arguing with this clown, he relented and got a second pair of eyes to determine that they are, in fact, authentic - then proceeded to admit he's from California and isn't familiar with Oregon IDs...Why... Why would you place the fresh out of state transplant out front to be the gatekeeper and judge of everyone's ID when they don't know what they're looking for? What is the logic? Who manages this place and makes these decisions?I get erring on the side of safety for OLCC as a business, but at least train the people you hire to recognize a real ID, or at the very least please hire someone who is familiar with Oregon IDs.

Was a terrible experience. We didn't even get to go in because they never put on the flyer that a covid 19 test or vaccine card was required. Drove 3 and a half hours to get to Eugene and found out once we got there that we weren't able to see our favorite band. Wasted the whole day driving and spent so much on gas just to find out we couldn't go because they forgot to put on the flyer or event page that tests are required :( I don't even mind getting tested but you need to let people know that first!

please be more transparent on what the terms and conditions are for concert goer's. Drove 2 and a half hours to come see our favorite band just to find out at the door that you need negative covid 19 test or vaccine card. Not once did they say anything on their flyer or the event page on Facebook. really unprofessional, considering all the available data about the effectiveness of the vaccine. people who are vaccinated can still spread the virus anyway and are often asymptomatic. making some people get tested and not everyone, is careless at best. when attempting to stop the spread of covid 19. if that's the case, that rapid tests don't count... at least give people the time to schedule an appointment first. we would rate zero is possible, won't be coming back to Eugene anytime soon

Great sound, lighting, and outdoor lounge area. Enjoyed seeing Infected Mushroom here. We will be back!
