delicious!wonderful portion size, excellent flavor and texture.4/5 stars, closer to 4.5/5 - their sauce is less sweet nowadays and the noodles a bit oily, but still delicious. memories of being a kid and getting sarku from the local mall, renewed. a classic flavor.

I was told they don't have soysause anymore.Getting skimpy on vegetables i had 2 pieces of broccoli in my 11 dollar plate.Food quality sucks.Theyput different amounts of food on every plate. there's no consistency in portion size and sometimes its nice and filling but not often enough and then the next its a rip off amount of food but the guy next to you that didn't get extra anything,...Well he gets extra today but my plate is skimpy. The system they have could use major improvementsAlong with better cooks and more friendly staff that don't bring their grudges and problems to work and take things personally, and soysause.

I drove 30 minutes out of the way to come here after 10 years and was very disappointed. The Chef was only wearing his mask under his nose. He probably has been doing This since the pandemic started.I would never recommend anyone to come that cares about themselves. There is a reason why I haven't ate here in 10 years.

We eat here often when we go to valley river.

Food is alright, vegetables are sub-par though. The cooks will talk trash in Spanish assuming that the customer doesn't understand. If you're after this style of food, try Jung's Mongolian grill instead.

The cook is in a I don't care attitude and it is absolutely messy and disgusting behind the counter

Your food is absolutely terrible now . Veggies were watered down and Terriyaki chicken was nothing what it used to be , which was some of the best at one time. Horrible cooks, horrible cashier.

This is always a must when Im in Eugene. Although this visit was the worst? chicken was not done, requested double teriyaki sauce, and was very dry. Very disappointed this visit, I was the only customer in line, so very disappointing.

What is the point of wearing the mask it they don't cover your mouth and nose

Love the food here
