The staff could be little more friendly to gambling clients and did not just cater to the patrons at the bar. I'm come into Quackers to gamble, not to drink and many times I have just turned around and walked out because I stand beside the bar for 5 to 10 minutes wanting change and a soda and the staff look at you and ignore you. If you want something you have to go stand at the bar and if they know you're there to gamble you're not on the priority list. It would be nice to be offered a soda or coffee and a menu when I come in and sit down to play. I am still paying something to quackers, just on the back end. When anybody wins and staff complains they don't get tips from the winning,s well that's the reason why.People at the machines are just as important and obviously have money to burn. But if staff avoids them because you don't want to give out freebie coffee or soda like the other places do, don't ignore us. Why not put a sign up saying we cannot afford to offer gamblers free drinks but staff will be by if you need anything then make them come by and offer a menu. I know the lottery will pay for this complimentary sodas and coffee beverages offered to gambling customers.You're losing money and your employees are missing out on tips when you don't ask players if they would like something before they spend all their money. So instead of ordering a burger and fries, since no one asked I will just throw it in the machine instead. I guess your loss....want higher rating cater to gamers as well.
Food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend the beer cheese soup and OMG sammich. Prices are good, and service was quick and friendly.

I was in last night 1/11/22 and their bartender Stacey was absolutely next level! She was fun, personable, and paid attention to detail. When you're a single mom and are FINALLY able to get out, even though it's a Tuesday, she made sure that my experience was amazing! I will absolutely be coming back JUST TO SEE HER! Nevermind the food and drinks are exceptional as well.
