What a treat really delicious ice-cream in a neighborhood setting. The ice-cream was delicious especially the Coffee ice-cream which is often too slight on the tongue but this was rich in flavor and creany. It was served by friendly staff.

Great way to end a long travel day. People are nice prices very fair and taste is great they limit who comes it for social distancing but it is fast. Lots of seating outside

Tasty ice cream and milkshakes. Perfect for a warm day. Sometimes the service there could be quicker and nicer even, but I can’t complain. It’s still pretty good all around.

When in Eugene, go to Prince Pucklers. That’s what we were told and that’s what we did. And a good choice it was. The service was great and the ice cream was delicious. With COVID guidelines still in place, we had to wait outside in the rain before we were waved in, but fortunately the line was short!

Waited in line for only about 5 minutes even though it looked like it would take longer. The service was fast and friendly. The ice cream was well worth the wait. I got a mini scoop of chocolate Oreo with peanut butter topping. That's just the right amount of dessert when you come after dinner. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Last summer (2021), my family and I stayed in Eugene for several days. I LOVE ice cream and would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (oh, and dessert) if I could. I'm not exaggerating. Anyway, it's my mission to find the best ice cream around whenever we travel. I found Prince Puckler's on day one of our visit, and I made my family go back every day we were there. So, so good. I miss it.

Can’t believe I’ve never left a review…I’ve been a devotee since early 90s. Cut to the chase: Muddy River with dark chocolate Euphoria hot sauce is my poison. There you have it. Ok, try a Chocolate malt. Strawberry at times is incredible, very fruity. Ok, just go. Lines move very fast, don’t be alarmed.

I was a student at U of O in the late 70's, then moved back to CO and have only visited Eugene once in the early 80's since then. I was bummed that the Excelsior Cafe was a hotel now and didn't serve the lovely Sunday brunch they used to serve 45 years ago, and I was bummed that we couldn't go have a beer in Taylors for old time's sake, BUT MY TRIP WAS STILL AWESOME, because Prince Puckler's Ice Cream was still there and it was still every bit as tasty and amazing as ever! LOVE THAT PLACE!!!

Finding local ice cream shops is my jam and this place is everything one would hope for. So much selection, fun flavors, affordable prices, friendly staff. And they do a sampler?! Yes please.

oh my gosh their ice cream is so delicious, the fresh banana chocolate flavor is my favorite. their staff are always so kind & i love the little drawings they put on the ice cream flavors :]
