I Had smoked chicken ravioli In pesto my husband had the special. We both had 2 beers the cost was 100 dollars. Way too much for the small portions, that was undercooked and under stuffed. The staff and service was good and the dinning area appeared clean. So I would give the staff 4.5 but will not go back.

If I could give less than .25 of a star as a review, I would. Our party started to called as the restaurant opened to check if we can place orders for take out but to due how busy they were, no one answered and we had to come in to the restaurant in person and place the order. As we we arrived we were unwelcome and laughed at when we inquired about planing a to-go order. We then were advised to not come back for an hour and MAYBE they will consider if the kitchen can take a takeout order. From the moment we walked in, there was ZERO hospitality from the manager and staff with an unwillingness to provide any options or solutions.

Had dinner at Placido's last night off a friends recommendation (local to Eugene) and glad we did. Place is a little hard to find but i think this is by design. The restaurant is a small cosy open room with a great atmosphere. The service was was great, but the food was sensational ?. I didnt book but were lucky enough to get seated. I would highly recommend having a night out here and definitely make a booking. Thanks again Placido's team.

Daughter and I were craving pasta after a long day of driving. We found this place online and were excited to eat here since it was in the vicinity of our hotel. It was easy enough to get to, and parking was simple. We did not even think about making a reservation, as it wasn't mentioned on the Facebook page that we noticed. They were packed out but managed to find us a spot at the bar. Our server, Eric, was amazing, charming and funny. Our food was so delicious. I wish we lived nearer to this place, as I would go often!

WOWZERS!!! This place is phenomenal. Best homemade pasta since we were in Italy! The cheesecake was spot on also! Just do yourself a favor and go!

First off, Brighid and John made our visit the most amazing of all and the food was off the chain. I recommend the Chicken Pesto and for a second dish, spaghetti and meat balls. Yum. Thanks for getting us in at the last minute, y’all! Truly a 5-star experience!

I went on a reservation with my boyfriend and another couple, which could also be called a double-date. We enjoyed a couple hot fresh appetizers, the dinner was also very fresh and tasty. We took our desserts home since we were running out of time, the waiters treated us very nicely and asked us often how we liked our food. The environment seems to keep a happy temperature even though the space may seem small, considering how people would open the door for a given minute or 2. Theres still plenty space around the tables to move without disturbing another table, which is a personal relief. One last thing, the vibe was very nice as there was nice talking background noise from other tables, and candlelights on table matched with gentle ceiling lighting.

We went without reservations and luckily got a seat at the bar. Food was amazing, staff was friendly and timely. Drinks were great too. If you go, make a reservation and try the smoked chicken ravioli in pesto cream sauce.

This was one of the best Italian meals I have had outside of Italy. Outstanding house made pasta can't be beat. I can't wait to go back. The staff was great also.

Always very consistent in their food quality. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend it ! ?????
