Food varies too much for delivery to be called good. Pizza instructions seemingly always ignore, delivery instructions ignored more so. Ordered from here last night only to receive a cheese pizza that 1 didn't have light cheese 2 didn't have extra sauce 3 was burnt. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks in the dinner box were completely burnt as well, cold when I received it. 0/10 would not recommend this pizza hut.
They took 30 minutes to get my order to me, not counting the time from when I ordered. I’m going off the text they sent me saying “Your order is out for delivery!” I live 5 minutes tops from the store I ordered from. All that aside they didn’t knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let me know they were here. Thankfully I was watching and saw the delivery person walk by (had this person knocked and waited to see if I was going to open the door more tips money would have been give, had it in my hand) 3 minutes later I received a text saying my order had been delivered. So had I not checked the notify me by text box would I have just not known? (Aside from me paying attention) Real bizarre way to deliver food, even with no contact delivery.Also the food was cold.
I ordered my pizza online. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and was told that my pizza would be ready shortly. My pizza was ready shortly and I was on my way. Also, I ordered the spicy pepperoni pizza and it was excellent! Thank you.
My order was not very warm And it was incorrect I ordered light sauce for both pizzas and they were made with normal amount of sauce
It was very easy to order a pizza and wings online from our home in Las Vegas and have it delivered to a friend in Eugene. He is recovering from knee surgery and loved his dinner. The price was reasonable and website easy to navigate. A great experience!
Food is good. Delivery is fast. Order was correct. Driver respected social distancing/leave at door.
Pay attention to details when making the pizza. I asked for LIGHT marina sauce on my pizza, there was way too much sauce on it all. The pizza waa supposed to be done at 5:41 and it took longer.
Well the boneless chicken wings were barely warm and the fries were cold and tasted like they were sitting for a while before getting sent to me they were also hard and tough to chew I ended up throwing them away
I was disappointed that you stopped offering the detroit style pizza. It was a pizza that I recommended for people to try. I went ahead and ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. The pizza appeared to have only slightly more cheese and did not appear to have any more sauce.
