Ordered for my child’s birthday party and manger was very rude my Oder was never delivered was over an hour after I ordered when I called he lied and said they called I had no missed calls would love to speek to the owner of the store I was also in the process of a Facebook live during the phone call very bad for business will be uploading video to YouTube and TikTok as well
No accountability, poor customer service, and my time wasted as well. If you value the opposite, choose another pizza hut location.
The pizza and service were fine. I am annoyed about rewards points. I received an email on 1-11 that my 77 points would expire in 2 weeks, which by my math is 1-25. I placed an order 1-25, and now my account is showing 24 points.
These guys are always great. They got customer service & always good attitudes. Thank you for being open New Year's eve for me & my son to eat some really awesome pizza.
Great value for a great pizza. Gotta say more topping selections would bring me in even more often.
Wing Wednesday! .90 a wing was crazy to me when I looked online but 2022 isn’t making things cheaper! I gotta say I was highly impressed! I got the garlic parm wings and DAMN! Fresh,hot,crispy,juicy. It was all the above! Huge shout out now that I wasn’t upset with a $30 order today!! After I called and was disappointed by another wing joint I’m glad I went with Pizza Hut I’ll def mark wedn on my calander from now on when I want wings!
Today December 1st 2021 I order a pizza I was not impressed. It seemed more like warm than hot with no flavors. The only reason why I order because of the new sweet chili chicken wings. Also I love the lemon pepper french fries. It was also not as good as he usually is. Was just kind of disappointed with Pizza Hut today.
Staff were great. The wings were horribly dry and didn’t even have enough sauce that I could pretend the chicken was decent. I will definitely only stick to pizza at Pizza Hut locations
i ordered my food and bpth pizzas were disgusting burnt had way way way too much sauce not enough cheese to even cover the sauce like literally 6 pieces of peperoni the the bread sticks were hard as a rock almost as if the reheated some 4 day old ones and served them to us not to mention i live 250 feet away from the store and our food was all ciold the cinnamon rolls had no icing on them and the dude straight asked me for a tip before i even recieved my food customer service was awful and just all around disapointing will not order from here again
You'd think if you ordered a pasta that can only be eaten with a fork you would give us some forks. Guess not Pizza hut
