The food here is fantastic and the servers are nice. My main problem with this place they are always backed up on to go orders. I was told my pick up time would be between 6:30 and 6:45. It's now 7:20 and I have not received my order. This is not the first time this has happened to me here. The staff or computer systems needs to change what times they are telling people. I'm fine with a later pick up time but being told that your order will be ready then waiting in the business an hour to pick it up is ridiculous. Update: 7:30 finally got my food. The owners or managers of the business need to do something about this. I was not the only irate customer there tonight.

The Pho here tastes like it has too much sugar & black pepper in it. The noodles were over cooked. Doesn't taste like authentic pho.The grilled pork dish was not tasty either. The meat is very thin and dry.The best thing about the restaurant is the great customer service.

Super unique atmosphere on the inside, a multi level floor space with cool wall art and decor. Parking around back is a better bet if it's busy. Mixed menu and decent prices. A small bar setup, and a good amount of indoor seating. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Located off Coburg road in northeast Eugene.

Usually I love this restaurant and always get the Pho (pretty much on the weekly). The last two months I’ve had multiple times where I don’t get any of the main vegetables that come in the Pho. Usually bok choy and carrots come in this. I feel like if they are out they should let the customer know before finalizing order. It’s disappointing to get home and not have the full item. I wouldn’t complain but I’ve had this happen at least 4+ times.

Walked in, set down at the bar, immediately noticed a horrible smell. The whole place smelt like bad BO! Couldn’t even stand it for more than 30 seconds. Had to leave, it might have been the TS with yellow hair behind the counter. Not a professional look to this person at all. Cool name though.

My wife and I took a friend in for dinner last night which was our first time there. They both had the pho pork belly, or something like that while I had the garlic shrimp dish. My meal was ok but my wife found a grub worm in her bowl after eating half of it. Her meal was refunded but our friends wasn't even though the soup was all cooked in the same pot.WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

Beyond excellent! Better than expected variety, exceptional ingredients, savory meats, fresh seafood, fresh Veggies & fruit appetizer rolls were great. Staff were helpful, attentive. Priced very reasonable for the gourmet offering.

My favorite pho by far. Oddly enough, it was faster for us to dine in rather than get takeout ( we forgot to call ahead.) But it was delicious as always.

Shrimp spring rolls were okay but the pho was amazing!!

Super tasty and a great price! Favorite neighborhood place.
