I am up on a deployment for an EMS standby and hands down this is some of the best food I have ever had! The food is phenomenal and the people are the friendliest around! Definitely recommend them for any event and heart felt service!

They are the caterers supporting our wildfire incident here in Oregon. This has been, hands down, the best food on any wildfire I have ever had!! They have been very easy to work with and amazingly flexible. They have made this incident outstanding. Thank you Dino, Reggie, and Will for excellent food to keep the fireline morale up all day! Grilled stakes, smoked ribs and chicken, grilled kababs, homemade meatballs the size of baseballs with spaghetti! Best food on a wildfire! Thank you for keeping up morale at the fire camp! At the event, the food was incredible. They were on-time and professional. Every single guest commented on how much they loved everything!
