1/2 lbs chicken, pulled pork, brisket and one sausage link (no sides ordered). The recent bad reviews must not know smoked meat very well because this place is ridiculous good! Most smoke houses either don't brine or rub their meats good enough and they're dried out when cooked. All the meats were tender and juicy with a ridiculous smoke ring. The sausage was good but not outstanding. Get there early on weekends to get what you want before it runs out (no cornbread or ribs at 2:30pm on a Saturday). I will definitely go back for ribs and cornbread!

Was recommended the brisket tacos, made a drive to come try them yesterday to find that their hours posted are incorrect. Tried them today during open hours. Tacos were a little spendy but nonetheless very good. Tried the wings and philly cheese brisket sandwich. Wings were really over seasoned, making them overwhelmingly salty. Philly cheese was soggy and just the same taste of flavor throughout. Tried the home pickles. For 2 dollars you get a 4 ounce cup of pickle slices and they aren't really anything special. The brisket tacos are the shining star here. Besides that very mediocre and over priced. Maybe give it a try but personally won't be revisiting unless I'm seriously craving some brisket tacos.

On a positive note, brisket was tender and delicious. Muffins with Jalapeño butter were tasty, albeit served cold so the butter would not spread. Person who took my order was polite.Brisket was supposed to come with sliced bread, but did not. Only one container of bbq sauce provided.Portion for my wife’s tacos ($12) was small. Brisket plus 2 sides (slaw and fries) and 1 muffin was $24. Just did not seem like a good value for the portion size.

I decided to treat myself to b-b-que dinner for Mother's Day. I heard of Paper Plate, so decided to give it a try. Ordered the brisket, chicken and fries. Oh my! The meat was so tender and delicious. Lightly seasoned and no or low salt, just the way I like it so I could season as I like it with the bbq sauce. They have no need to hide behind seasoning with their cooking method. Again, delicious! Fries were crispy and only lightly salted. Yummy! Definitely recommend this BBQ food truck delight.

Best BBQ I’ve had in a while. Brisket tender and juicy. Poutine just right. I highly recommend and since I am originally from the BBQ capital, I am very picky about bbq. Isaiah nails it!

Best Philly cheesesteak you'll ever have! Mouth watering meat that falls apart as you bite into it.

Went to the Paper Plate BBQ for the first time yesterday and it was delicious!! I had the pulled pork sandwich and my honey had the brisket. Almost Wishing we got the burnt ends as well. Will definitely be back again, even driving from Albany ?

Best bbq in Eugene, since papas soul food closed up. Recommend you visit in person- and order off the menu; don’t order online. The offerings are minimal and there’s a 20% markup (per the owner)

Tried these guys out at Coldfire last night. Pulled pork sandwich was really good - the pork, the slaw, the sauce, the bun - all very good. Would recommend. Didn't really care for the fries, and they don't give you very many. Probably wouldn't order those again. Sando and fries were $16.50 - a little steep.

Food truck in downtown Eugene by 5th street Market. Big food selection and a great happy hour menu that runs from 3-6 . Awesome food! Great service ?
