The foods not the issue rather it is the lack of service. I don’t know if I just got in on a bad night or what happened, but we placed an online order that said it would be ready between 45-60 minutes. I got there after 45 minutes and then was told that they hadn’t even started on it. Another 45 minutes go by and they finally call out my name and toss it on the counter and walked away. The pizza was good, but dominos offers way better service than that
If you want the buffet, go to W 11th. Do NOT go to Coburg.I was there for almost an hour. When I arrived there were three, very picked over pizzas on the buffet. They went, and then it was over 30 minutes before they put ONE pizza out. Don't know what kind it was, because it was completely gone before I could even walk to the bar. Another 15 minutes and still no food.If I wanted to pay 9.25 for a drink and two small slices of pizza, there are better places.
Sooooooo I had never tried a Papa’s Pizza, so I thought I would. While the customer service itself was stellar, the prices and the portion sizes were not. The pizza itself was not bad, it was pretty good quality, not great, but the size was acceptable however the -in wings were half the size of any other wing I have paid for. So for $55 I got subpar wings that were shorter than my pinky finger and thinner around than my thumb, I have smaller than average sized hands, and they were not very great tasting. They were a little wiggly, the fat parts, I prefer them a little more crisp. I really feel ripped off and unhappy. I will not be returning, ever.
I've had some pretty bad pizza in my life, but this set a new low. Two of us didn't even eat half of the medium Beaster Pizza that cost more than $30 and took 90 minutes to arrive. What was left went straight into the yard waste bin. Despite including a tip in the purchase the driver kind of hung around like they were expecting an additional tip.The crust was bland and dry. The toppings were all finely chopped where I couldn't even easily tell what was what. The entire pizza was dry. There was hardly any sauce or cheese to even hold the topping so everything just fell off. I've had far better day-old frozen pizza. I wish I were exaggerating.
Burnt the crust on my mother-in-law's pizza. Messed up the instructions for the toppings on the same pizza. Burnt across on my father-in-law's pizza.. dirty tables... Not mention....Someone needs to learn how to cut a pizza ? I used my pocket knife to finish cutting mine rather than using my fingers to rip the slices apart.... And don't forget you can't use cash in the arcade anymore.. you have to get one of those silly cards and load it with money... Pretty sure I'm done with papas pizza for good.?
Typical pizza parlor, but a Eugene tradition for 50 years, where most residents have celebrated kids birthdays or KidsSports games.
I won't be ordering online again, order was messed up but oh well. Pizza was still good. It's the only place I can get a shrimp pizza
Let's start this out by saying I ordered a MEDIUM pepperoni pizza add garlic. Very simple. When I asked how long it would be the counter girl didn't even respond to me. My order was never repeated back to me. When they gave me the pizza box it looked very small for a medium, but I never go here (and won't again) so I wasn't positive on how it should look. On the way home I looked at the receipt just to check. It said small. I worked in the food industry for more than 10 years, so I'm aware of how orders are supposed to be handled, and this girl failed. Now, on to the food. To sum it up, thick well done and DRY. I literally choked on it while eating it. Also, note the terrible cut job. Cheap "Hot and Ready" pizzas elsewhere are better than this. I paid close to $17 for this tiny pepperoni and minced garlic pizza. I definitely feel ripped off and will not be going back.
Once again, I was told 20 minutes, drive down, pay. I was told they would call me when pizza came out of oven. Finally at the 43 minute mark I asked about my pizza, it was sitting in the warm storage. I stood near counter, they never called me. This is the fifth visit like this.one thing after another. My husband loves the pizza so I get to deal with this.. Yay?
The pizza was delicious. Definitely recommend for a family birthday party. Will go again. ❤️?
