I messed up my order and Bill, the manager, sent a new pizza free of charge. There was no blaming or finger pointing, he just wanted me to get the food I wanted and be satisfied. This is the type of experience that keeps me coming back. Thank you Bill and PJ.
Called to tell them that our pizzas were messed up after spending $85 and was then cussed out and hung up on by the managers. One pizza only had toppings on one half the pizza. The other pizza was supposed to be extra cheese and mushrooms. Very bad quality and even worse customer service. We have ordered here many times and never had a problem. But tonight was enough to turn us away from here all together. From now on we will order Pizza Hut. Such a shame.
Who am I speaking with when I call to place an order???? It sounds like an overseas company. They couldn’t understand anything I was ordering to the point I had to hang up.
Consistently good taste, friendly staff, fast service. The cashier/cook double-checked my order to be sure the order was complete/correct.
Only good pizza with the name papa in it is Papas Pizza. No John for me. Yuk.
Ordered 2 pizzas to pick up on my way home. 15 minutes until the pizzas were to be ready. Upon arrival 20 minutes later, apparently my pizza's were sent out for delivery. Now I'm stuck waiting for new pizzas to be made. Meanwhile the delivery customer gets to keep my original order as well as have their correct pizza re-delivered. They get 2 free pizzas and im still waiting for mine.Not too thrilled about this order. Will reconsider buying from here again.
I ordered a pizza and some cheesy bread and it was delivered pretty quickly and it was some good quality pizza definitely

One of my family’s favorite things to do is pick up a pizza on the road. We, of course call this “Cap Pizza”. Of the two places we pick up a car pizza, PJ’s is the tops. Grab a bucket of dips, a few pies, some drinks and roll out.
