This location is prioritizing in store customers over online orders, instead of preparing food in order they receive it. Which is causing customers to wait for food for over an hour as well as those who ordered through 3rd party app. They are making it clear that they don't see these paying customers as human beings. It is 21st century, ordering online is not a new thing and yet this location doesn't seem to comprehend that people ordering online are paying customers. If you don't want their money, then remove the option and remove yourself from delivery platform so everyone can go in store.
Introduced my mom to Panda Express today AND we both loved it?while ordering I had asked if I could order the freshest orange chicken (through the drive up window) they were so pleasant and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting for about 5 minutes, I pulled ahead to park and w/in 2-4 minutes my plates of food were perfectly placed for me to drive home to Junction City AND the temperature of our food was perfect as we sat down to eat. A HUGE Thank You to the kind staff at Panda Express on Seneca in Eugene.?????
Usually Panda is yummy...this time not so much. My orange chicken was icky. They also got our order wrong ? and we went through the drive-thru. Next time we will double check the order.
Wonderful, hot, fresh, food, fit for a Queen!Always friendly ; clean, we've eaten there twice in the last 7 days. Also warmed up leftovers for 4 meals. AMAZINGLY TASTEFUL!Go panda go!!!
Ordered online at 6:50 pm. Arrived at 7:10 pm to pickup my food but they hadn't started on my order yet. Long story short I got my food at 7:47pm after ordering it almost an hour prior and the only excuses I was given was that they were waiting on food to cook because they had given food to everyone that walked in after me for an hour instead of just fixing my order. At one point the drive thru and the lobby were empty and I was still sitting for another 10 minutes waiting for these goofs just to scoop food into a box. None of this is hard and Panda pays its employees too much for this kind of poor service.
4th time: Ordering online is no faster than doing it in person. You still have to wait in their line for ordering. Even then, associates seem annoyed when you provide them with your pick-up name, and they have to go chase down your order receipt. Orders are not ready to go even when you are 10 minutes late from their assigned pick-up time. The food was fantastic!!
The drive through person was very rude. For the pay they get customer service should be better. A rude person can reduce your customer base quickly. Needless to say I didn’t place my order and drove down the road.
Panda Express had their drive-thru blocked with a sign at 7:30pm on Sunday. 2 hours still before they close, and they were requiring everyone to come inside and stand in a very long line. The wait was 20-30 minutes, many foods were selling out completely. A group of 5-10 of us were waiting for Chicken Teriyaki to cook, and waited at least 30 minutes. The girl doing food delivery ordered way before me but was still waiting when I got my food. The customer service was good, the guy who gave me my food was friendly and said he was sorry, and that he couldn't control the order of what food/order was completed first. Pretty chaotic evening at Panda Express. 2-6-22
We waited 25 minutes in the drive-through and when we got through there was less than 24 pieces of broccoli beef and it was all broccoli. We tried to call to get it fixed and nobody answers the phone. The food was mediocre at best.
Went there at 5 pm tonight,go inside now to see what is fresh,so the Honey Shrimp was out ,she said 7 min.but I had to wait almost 20 min.from the time I stepped in ,until I got done to take my food home 45 min.Sadly my Noodles were cold and my Chicken as well.I unterstand they are bussy, but dont tell me 7 min.wait when you have not eaven started.
