Was ignored like I was invisible.Came up to the counter, asked about a mobile order and the girl runs into the back where I could see her gossiping with someone else and stayed there for ten plus minutes while i was being ignored by everyone working there. And i wasn't rude or mean or in any way impolite. After 10 solid minutes of being invisible I just left. Won't be back either

I usually love Panda Express. Specifically because I know they temp food and are serving fresh. Yesterday I ate at the Valley River Center location. I shared a spring roll with my 10 month old around 1 pm. About 9 pm I started feeling awful. Which led to the wonderful side effects of food poisoning. About an hour into my side effects my baby also started vomiting. Luckily he had only eaten a small amount so he wasn’t as bad off as myself. However, my reason for the one star review is because when I just called in to let them know I was pretty sure it came from their food the girl on the phone acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and told me how they make everything fresh. I’m completely aware of this, I actually stated that I was aware they temp food and that was the reason I was calling. Again it’s why I enjoy eating at this chain. But her attitude killed it for me and I will never be returning. I understand food poisoning is somewhat hard to pinpoint, however it’s pretty clear to me where it came from and even if it wasn’t a little empathy and sincerity would have gone a long way. I am very knowledgeable in food preparation and safety (rocking into my sixteenth year in food service and serving as a safety committee for many of my jobs) so for her to act like I was crazy and she didn’t care is just ridiculous to me. The attitude alone is what sparked this review. A little empathy goes a long way. I know we are all tired and over worked in these weird times. But this situation was handled terribly. Literally my point of calling was so management could find out who is not doing their job and letting them know that THIS exact situation is why it’s an important part of the job.

Seems to me like the meals are getting smaller, but the price is growing, and the quality is surely lacking. I used to enjoy the orange chicken and used to get enough that I couldn't finish because I was too full, now I certainly don't get enough and the chicken is ok at best, and now I throw away what I see is not edible which is probably about 25 percent because it's literally just crunchy breading. Not happy with this panda express.

Well what do I say….the quality of the food was just ok and they definitely seem to be serving up smaller portions…I used to really enjoy Panda Express, perhaps it is the location or perhaps it is the business model….I’m not sure, but the price seems to be getting higher and higher. It can’t be that expensive for chicken and vegetables. COVID isn’t the cause it is the scapegoat.

Visited from out of town and decided to grab panda from the mall really quickly around 7:30pm..the two girls working the front where short in responses and talked so quietly you almost couldn’t hear them, acted as if they were already off the clock. not a care in the world. They didn’t have much dishes out and failed to say “during close to closing we only make more of certain dishes” and just stared at us..made for an awkward/rude experience. We also asked for sweet and sour as well as teriyaki and only received a half full teriyaki when both sauces had plenty..is customer service not a thing anymore? it is honestly not hard ladies.

Panda Express has always been such a delight for me since I was a little girl, the orange chicken is the best and idc what anyone says, hands down best crispy orange chicken!!

Ariel was way too sweet! she really deserves all the praise, and is amazing with customers. <3

Will not recommend this place, during the peak time they don’t have any dishes ready. They want to make you order and pay for any item before their chef cooks it. There is nothing that’s ready to eat. I have never seen pe that is so unprepared and unprofessional!

There were 4 people behind the counter and there was no rhythm going on everybody doing something different which made service very slow, they were out of most of the choices. The most popular dish, orange chicken I had to wait 10 minutes for and other customers before me were waiting for their dish. The guy in front of me ordered teriyaki chicken and came back to the counter for the sauce and they had none.I go to Panda frequently but today's service was the worse.

Served my mom and dad all the way to the register and completely ignored me saying I need to orderWe all haven't eaten here since we were treated rudely by staff
