Had a bad experience here three years ago, and decided to give them another shot. They have completely turned everything around. The staff was friendly and very good about checking on me and making sure I had all my refills and everything. The food was excellent, and the frozen strawberry margarita I ordered was as perfect as it can get. I've since deleted my old review, and will be leaving this in its place. Great job.
Omg, I haven’t eaten here in a long time just because it’s not local for me. I had seafood Alfredo, chicken/dumpling soup, bread sticks and a Ninkasi IPA. Everything was very good, left with a box of food
We were in for a quick family dinner last night , the food was really good. But what really did it for us was Mathew, He is amazing ! He is the only waiter we ever ask for. He is super personable, always great with our kids, never forgets anything and makes going out to dinner super fun. As always, Thank you Mathew !!
ordinarily I love eating at Olive Garden… but the broccoli tonight tasted so bad and had visible black / moldy areas. literally tasted like employees hand fought the raccoons in the dumpsters for this broccoli and then proceeded to serve it. breadsticks were still 10/10 tho
Good Food, Good size portions that justify the price. The customer service was excellent. The only negative was the peach ice tea was not fresh. We enjoyed our dinner, and the restaurant was very clean.
We spent over 100$ here with myself and husband and three kids. My son received moldy tasting shrimp in his kids meal , I’m so sad for him, I ate some of his food and I tasted how bad it was and I took his food away because I felt so awful and it was so uncomfortable to talk to waitress about it because she acted like she was too busy she was very nice and I understand the busy feeling and I was uncomfortable to speak to her about our issues because how she related to us how busy it was and I felt as we where not a priority to her the other staff was amazing but her not calm felt uncomfortable being there and we plan not going back. But wish we had a better experience because I loved the food when it does not taste bad I’m sad my son received awful food we paid too much for everything and had gross meals. No one ate there leftovers because we where all afraid to get food poisoning :(
Great experience and service. Really enjoyed my dinner. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect dish. The chicken alfredo was el dante the sauce cooked beautifully and the grilled chicken has nice grilled color. Keep it up and thank you for the great experience
Went here for lunch. Haven’t been here for a while because of COVID. I ordered angel hair spaghetti with marinara and meatballs. My wife ordered iced tea and a chicken dish. My meal was delivered with regular spaghetti not angel hair. The pasta and the meatballs were mushy and somewhat tasteless. Not much sauce. My wife’s meal was okay but the tea was terrible. She couldn’t drink it and said it had a strange taste. It’s just not the Olive Garden we remember.
I recently had a friend visiting from out of state. This was his very first time in Eugene. We decided to stop in and have lunch on 1/2/2022.We were seated at a booth in the back which is what we requested. Our waitress, Katherine, was amazing! She was attentive, funny, and so very observant. She happened to be at our table when I went to pour myself some more coffee from the carafe. The lid was slightly stuck and so I spilled some coffee on the table. She noticed that the lid was stuck when I tried to pour it even before I said anything. She immediately went to grab more napkins.The food is always consistent at Olive Garden! And, thank you, Katherine, for being the perfect person for the job! Bravo!
Had a great time at olive garden. Got immediate seating. Food was awesome and our waitress was great!
