Really really good ramen. I had the miso and it was delicious. The egg was perfect. I’m still thinking about it! Will be back.
Got the Shoyu ramen which wasn’t very flavorful. Pork and egg in bowl were both cold. Would not recommend.
Food was very good, we had the garlic edamame, tempura, pork ramen and miso, and it was all delicious... However it took about 50 minutes to get our food (we were on site, not delivery). Granted it was 7:30 on a Saturday, but that still seems long to me for a good truck. I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because I know how hard it is to keep a full staff right now, and we were more than satisfied with the quality. But I hope they can improve their speed a bit.
The staff was excellent, kind and helpful. The food was disappointing.We tried 2 different types of Ramen (Miso & Shoyu). The broth in both was largely flavorless and was more akin to hot water. The noodles tasted exactly like the packaged noodles you can buy from the refrigerated section of the grocery, which is only slightly better than Maruchan. The noodles were also stuck to the sides and bottom of the disposable bowls, which added to the feeling of them being pre-packaged. The pork-belly was good, though only as long as you realize in advance it's largely fat.Overall disappointed, there are far better Ramen places in Eugene that offer a superior meal for a cheaper price.

I’d heard great things about this place and we decided toy check it out. The ramen was amazing and gyozo’s were some of the best I’ve had. You could tell they are made fresh to order. The staff were friendly and courteous and we won’t hesitate to come back
I can’t recommend this place enough, the atmosphere is very calming and comfortable. You can go have a drink inside while you wait for your food, and the food is absolutely amazing! The staff is great and very helpful as well and you know you’re getting quality ramen ?

I Love this place, this time I ordered Extra spicy Ramen and my boyfriend ordered a Miso Ramen, Both delicious, the thick and flavorful soups. Last time I tried Garlic Edamame , also recommended before Ramen!!?
