I've been here plenty of times and I'm conflicted about how to rate it. Their ingredients are great and fresh, the menu is very creative. I just don't love the style of waffle they make. It's like a waffle meets french toast, which should be amazing... But just not my thing. So five stars, minus one simply for personal taste. You'll probably love it. Give em a try.

Lucas was very helpful. You can tell these employees are working so hard to make this a positive experience for their customers. My partner had a headache and Lucas even gave us an Ibuprofen. Service was fantastic, even better than the food. If you like spicy stuff ask an employee for the chili habanero garlic sauce. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was nothing short of excellent! They offer savory and sweet waffles. The waffles themselves are delicious on their own. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and all of the flavors were perfectly balanced and complimented one another really well. There are nice, professional pictures of the waffles around the restaurant and when our food came out the presentation on point and looked exactly as the pictures did and you almost never see that in restaurants. The atmosphere and ambiance of this place are very cozy and inviting too. The DIY painted mason jar lights they have really set a calm and comfortable vibe. Our food came out quickly and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered up suggestions as this was our first time coming in here. Every bite was exquisite and I cant wait to come back and try more of their waffles. This is the kind of breakfast that sets you up to have a great day. My new favorite breakfast spot in town!

We have been their fans since their first store. We are glad now they have couple locations to go to! Love this downtown one, spacious, and friendly staff. With the great base of Belgian waffle, both savory and sweet ones are delicious!

We walked in to the place about half full on a Monday morning. No employees in sight. We found some QR codes and figured out to order online (you have to pay and tip in advance). After 15 minutes we overhead someone tell someone else that the coffee is self serve. We also discovered you have to find your own silverware. Our two waffles took about half an hour and were very good. I guess if I could rank individually, I would give the food 4 stars and the service 1 star.

This place has a cool downtown vibe. 2 man guitar & string base band taking requests while you eat. Super cool and a must try. Prices on the higher end but worth it. If you found this review to be helpful please like it.????????

Finally a restaurant in the US that knows what an authentic liege waffle is. These are the best I e come across this far. I got a plain one to go -$4 along with the one I ordered. No complaints. I like that they have seasonal specials. The whipped cream looked house made. They pile it one pretty good if it comes with your order, otherwise you have to pay for a side of it.

Delicious food and fast, friendly service. We ended up here by accident because the two other places were closed and busy. It ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Both of our meals were delicious and we highly recommend trying it out. When I am back in the area I will definitely be back in.

This place’s customer service is absolutely terrible. I have called 20 times, with no answer, been hung up on, now their phones are off. Waiting for my food for over 30 mins now and finally went down there and they are telling me ANOTHER 30 minutes with a TERRIBLE attitude. Do not recommend if you want good customer service.

(Food quality)* Best liege waffles I've had (the waffle itself). Bacon and eggs were also pretty good. The syrup was a little too sweet for me, but I doubt most people would mind. They do have gluten free options as well, though they charge more for them.(Service, atmosphere, and seating)* Plenty of seating inside, and outside. Staff & service were pretty good, even though they were swamped. You have to get your own cups, napkins, and utensils though.(Pricing)*A little too pricey for me to frequent the place, but it's a good place to get brunch on the weekend (like after waking up with your date, Or a good place to bring family that's visiting).(Portion size)*Portions were reasonable for me, though it could be too much for some people. That's not normally an issue for most people though. (It looks small In my picture, but TRUST ME when I say that it's more filling that it looks at first glance)(Negatives)Main Issue I had, was that wait times can get pretty long during their busy hours.I'm also not a huge fan of getting my own cups/utensils, because that means other people would've had the chance to put their hands on the silverware.
