I really enjoyed NorthWest Burgers. The location is amazing, loved that I could eat outside in the Marketplace, the theme/decor is cool, love the Northwest outdoorsy theme, The Burger options are great, and seem to be all great quality (my Burger was overcooked) but they were busy and I understand that happens. NorthWest is little on the expensive side, but I do love how everything's sourced locally, and they provide info on just where their beef comes from. I really enjoyed my meal, and I will definitely be going back.
Worth a visit but I was far from wowed. Service was okay, order at the bar and food is delivered to table. Fries were got and a tasty beer battered variety. I got the Bork burger, bacon and beef. Really did not get and bacon flavor at all. The chipotle mayo and blue cheese added some nice pop, but I have had much more delicious burgers at many places and the 1/4# ? patty just okay.
These are the best burgers in town
One star and probably less but the gal at the register was nice.Dined there Feb 15. Ordered the double burger - came to me way overdone and dry, dry, dry! Both patties. Bun over toasted - more black than brown. A few measly slices of tomato and onion and one wilted piece of lettuce. Fries were a huge disappointment. I'm guessing that the patties were cooked before hand because the meal came out faster than patties of that thickness would take. Very sad.
Best burgers and fries in town and the staff is friendly and amazing!
Very good burgers with high quality ingredients. The burgers are pretty small so those with big appetites might be disappointed. Burgers come with fries so it was good amount for lunch with out being too full. I liked the open modern environment and live edge tables.
Loved the Bork Burger!! Bacon mixed in the patty! Brett was awesome! Super friendly place. Highly Recommend!!
We've been here a half dozen times, but we stopped visiting because the kitchen started to think every burger should be cooked well done. We hoped there had been some changes in the past few months since our last visit, so we stopped in today. I ordered my usual burger medium rare. The order taker at the bar asked, "well done?" I replied, "no, medium rare please." Masks can make communication difficult,, but she registered it that time... responding, "medium rare." So, we were good to go... until our order came out and... wait for it... burgers were cooked to utter extinction, extremely well done, into rubbery gray-brown orbs. So, that's it. We're done. $14.50 for a burger, "fresh ground daily" isn't worth 2 cents if you destroy the product in the process. And even if you aren't concerned about the health risks of excessively cooked meats (see Harvard Medical health studies on overcooked meats producing heterocyclic aromatic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, both of which are linked to increased health risks, including high blood pressure and cancer... maybe just cook it like we asked because... well... we asked. Bye.
This was my first time here…we went for my girlfriend’s birthday. Not a fan of tipping 20% before you have eaten and then have to wait over 70 minutes for your food. The burger itself was good which is why this is getting an extra star.. even though it was a very small burger. I told the guy in charge this was our first time and asked if it is usually like this? He said “it’s a Friday”.. That wasn’t really the answer I was looking for after he finally came to check on us after we had been waiting over a hour. One customer got in the face of the guy in charge and they were going back and forth arguing. Multiple people left and asked for refunds while we were there. :/ Not going back there because it really doesn’t seem like they actually care about the customers experience but will still charge high burger prices. Makes sense why they have you tip before now.
